errol bWas supposed to receive a discount of $36 for equipment not used and did not receive. A tarp was left in truck by previous renter and was full of water, so we did not use the tarp. Also brought our own dolly and did not use the one on the truck, the previous renter had left it. Please deduct the money from our cost. Otherwise, all else was fine.

JAMES WThe experience was OK. When I walked in there were three people standing at the desk talking about their personal lives. I stood there for probably four minutes before I finally stopped them and said hey does one of you work here. So the one sitting down on the phone asked me if I had a reservation and I told him I did and gave him the information and then he told one of the other two go get him this and then he looked at me and said pull around in the back. There was never welcome in or how are you doing? How can we help you? It’s OK because they weren’t out right rude, they just seem to be preoccupied with whatever they were talking about.

Dyaarl AThe truck needs an alignment! There is a great deal of drift or oversteer when driving on the highway. Had my wife tried to drive this vehicle she would have definitely had an accident with the truck and its drift oversteer.

Ray BThe unit that was assigned to me was up in miles. It had approx. 170,000 miles on it. After loading our stuff in the truck while driving to our new location had to go over a rather high bridge. The unit had very little power and just manage to get over the bridge. This unit is ready for retirement. There were numerous scratches and dents over all the body. The inside was rather dirty. A sticky substance was on the dashboard, steering wheel, seats and console. After getting back to my moving location, had to clean the inside out before using the truck. The unit had only a 1/4 tank of gas. What happened to the days of a full tank upon rental to be returned with a full tank of gas???? The personnel assigned to this location seemed overworked and didn't spend any time with me going over the contract or use of the truck. The only reason I would use this location again as it is the only one in my area that has the equipment whenever I want to rent a truck. I don't rent that often, but this time was disappointed with the whole rental process.
