My favorite location. Won’t go anywhere else. Friendly staff and seamless experience every time—very consistent! I find using the app to be cumbersome and prefer pickup at the desk bc staff are efficient.
KRISTEN PI had to go to three locations this day. It was very frustrating because customer service was not able to change my original reservation. The first location didn’t have the van which wasn’t their fault the person who had rented it out, did not return it. But then I was sent to another location and the van there could not be checked in because it was not properly returned and then finally someone sent me to the U-Haul store itself and that’s when I was helped by very nice employees

CASSIO GYour stupid convenient time-saving app was neither convenient nor time saving because it made me late fpr where i needed to be. Nothing in the confirmation email said I would need to check in through the app or that the reservation was scheduled for an hour before the location would open that day, so I had to waste the better part of an hour on the phone with customer service and going through the thousand step process of setting up an account and confirming the reservation. Then after all that, the van wouldn't start because the last jackass to park it there left the steering wheel locked in a position that prevented the key from turning, and when an employee finally did show up to help me out he gave me some serious attitude about how, "we're not even open yet." The return process was uneventful.
Griffin PNot their fault, but the trailer hitch, which is mounted to the frame by 4 bolts, was broken. One of the bolts was missing and I notices after a few miles that the hitch was angled down to the ground. Upon inspection, found the missing bolt. Roadside assistance took care of me and arranged pickup of another truck (after they came out and installed the missing bolt), although the tech said the hitch was tweaked and didn't recommend driving on it other than to get to the new truck. Everything else was fine.

JESSICA AUhaul called me and stated that the drop off location changed. When I went to the changed location, they told me to go to the original location. This caused me to go over the mileage, which led to me having to pay an extra fee. Very inconvenient and disappointed.

MONIQUE HEmployee was very nice and professional when renting the truck. After hours drop-off through the app was easy. You could have a sign pointing to the building drop slot where to drop the key for after hours drop off. It was around the building on the west side. I was looking for an external drop box like the picture in the app.
JERRAD WWhatever this store thinks it needs to continue to run effectively. The manager there knows what they’re doing 👍🏽👍🏽.

Allen KThe staff at this North Hollywood location is excellent, that is why I keep coming back to lease a truck. The 15' truck I leased for a day had the "check engine light on". I told staff and they said it is okay to drive so I did. And it was okay. I would not want to drive my own vehicle if this light was on.

naomi nVan was dirty and smelled kike to much disinfectant spray. You tried billing me again claiming I rented again . That was false . Very poorly managed company . Also my van had a odor of marijuana. Which I don't smoke . The spray didn't work .

GREGORY AThe truck was on empty when I started the head less than 6 miles on it, which is unacceptable. I had to run to a gas station before I did all my moving. I returned the truck with a quarter tank. I hope I get credit for it.

WENDY EI didn’t know if I needed a 26’ or a 20’ and expected to see both and choose when I got there. The only truck there was 26’ and too big for me to feel comfortable driving it. I was forced to wait until the next day for a 20’. After this initial experience, everyone was wonderful. Everyone from the local location to phone support worked hard to get me a truck. I ended up having too much and needed a second truck to move some things to a storage location and then returned it. The local staff are amazing and have truly been very kind and helpful. Their help has made the stress of moving a little easier.
