Service was great at this location. Pick up and drop off was easy and fast.
Jaime ROnly issue: the gas tank was completely empty! So I had to buy gas before I went anywhere at all. I was given a discount, which is good, but it was a surprise and inconvenience. There should always be at least a quarter tank in there before renting, yes?

Heiko DThe vehicle was functional overall, but the gear shift (drive/park) was quite difficult to operate. Also, the lack of a rearview camera is a major downside for such a large vehicle — it was definitely noticeable. Without helpers, parking in tight spaces would have been very challenging. Overall, everything else was okay.

KRISTEN PMy son and I literally had to wait 45 minutes to rent a truck. Customer ahead of us had issues with the charges. After the resolution, he proceeded to wanting to return couple of rolls of tape which he had purchased and paid cash and he had no receipt for it. It took the clerk over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to locate the transaction and process the refund with several calls made to his supervisor. He was the only clerk on duty with 4 angry customers waiting in line. The clerk should be knowledgeable about every aspect of customer service if he is left alone.
vahik hI was charged a $25 cleaning fee I was no told about it. And the truck was not clean had a lot of dust in the interior. Totally disappointed. Just used the van for 3 hrs.
Jose DEverything was fine considering the circumstances that the system was down on the day that I picked up the truck, but you should never rent a truck out that has less than a quarter tank of gas in it. I think I pulled outnof your lot with the tank 3/16 full. The fact that I had to get gas before I could actually start using the truck and wasting mileage is not right for the renter who is just needing to start getting the job done. I shouldn't have to worry about gas within a few miles of pulling out of the U-haul lot. This is my only issue with the rental of the truck.
Michael AIt is 5 star service. The team there, headed by Fairelynn, is friendly and very accomodating and service oriented. The equipment is clean and well maintained. I already recommend this location to others.

DEREK BMy total experience was a disaster I tried too book a car after waiting 10 minutes on calls the found a car i went there and all of the sudden they couldn’t find the key so again i tried to call after 20 minutes the found another car so ive charged two times And one more thing i thought my distance is 35 miles so they charged me 35 miles but when i have done my job i realized that my total commute was 25 miles but they didn’t refund me This was my first experience

ILIA OWhen I returned my vehicle, the clerk took the keys from my hand but did not say a single word, and walked away. I followed the clerk for a few feet, then he looked at me and told me "you can leave". Horrible customer service by that clerk.

MARIACLEOFE IThe first truck I was given: 1) The engine squealled loudy like the engine didn't have enough oil and the tow/haul button could not be turned off. Below I left the site, I ask for a better truck, I was given another truck. 2) The second trust had the oil lamp show up after I filled it with gas. The lamp went off after maybe 4 minutes. It did not come back on again.
STEVEN NLa unidad la encontré limpia, pero con todo respeto al estar cargando mis cosas me percate que olía muy fuerte a orines... tuve que lavar la defensa de atras del camión muy bien.. el camión lo ocupo para llevar mis cosas al mercado de pulgas y obviamente el camión esta estacionado durante la venta y ese olor no es bueno para la clientela. Mil disculpas pero creo que deben de revisar eso
CRISANTO CI recommend that Ford make the little door covering the gas intake be made of metal instead of plastic. This location has problems with gas being siphoned and that door was broken from being pried open. Otherwise great van!

NICHOLAS KMy favorite location. Won’t go anywhere else. Friendly staff and seamless experience every time—very consistent! I find using the app to be cumbersome and prefer pickup at the desk bc staff are efficient.
KRISTEN PI had to go to three locations this day. It was very frustrating because customer service was not able to change my original reservation. The first location didn’t have the van which wasn’t their fault the person who had rented it out, did not return it. But then I was sent to another location and the van there could not be checked in because it was not properly returned and then finally someone sent me to the U-Haul store itself and that’s when I was helped by very nice employees

CASSIO GYour stupid convenient time-saving app was neither convenient nor time saving because it made me late fpr where i needed to be. Nothing in the confirmation email said I would need to check in through the app or that the reservation was scheduled for an hour before the location would open that day, so I had to waste the better part of an hour on the phone with customer service and going through the thousand step process of setting up an account and confirming the reservation. Then after all that, the van wouldn't start because the last jackass to park it there left the steering wheel locked in a position that prevented the key from turning, and when an employee finally did show up to help me out he gave me some serious attitude about how, "we're not even open yet." The return process was uneventful.
Griffin PNot their fault, but the trailer hitch, which is mounted to the frame by 4 bolts, was broken. One of the bolts was missing and I notices after a few miles that the hitch was angled down to the ground. Upon inspection, found the missing bolt. Roadside assistance took care of me and arranged pickup of another truck (after they came out and installed the missing bolt), although the tech said the hitch was tweaked and didn't recommend driving on it other than to get to the new truck. Everything else was fine.
