EVA SHad to wait one hour for the truck. When truck arrived it received a cursory inspection and only added 1 qt of oil. Only 1/4 tank of gas. Horrible experience!

DENISE JNothing! Everything went great once my issue was solved. You need to have the actual U-Haul locations pop up first as a choice verses 3rd parties. Your 3rd parties are not reliable!

Gena GFairelynn was super friendly and helpful. There was nothing she needed to improve. However, my reservation was originally with European Auto Werke on Hinds Avenue. The day before, I was notified they didn't have a cargo van, and my reservation was transferred to CLS Automotive and Tire on Lankershim. That wasn't a problem because I wascgiven advance notice. But when I showed up at CLS, I was told the person wouldn't show until 830 even though my reservation was for 800. That was a problem because I was on a schedule. I called customer service,, was connected to the wrong area, was placed on hold for an extended oeriod, and was finally sent to Fairelynn. So though I'd return to Fairelynn, I won't return to either of the two dumps. They make U-Haul look really bad.
COREN WThey were great as usual. However they didn't have my two dollies in the back of the truck when I went to pick it up at 6:00 a.m. I had to go back in the middle of work. They only gave me one that was available. But they're good people

LUIS SThe photo is obnoxious and excessive. Why even give my license at that point???? I will look for other moving options the next time I need to move something. Not a single employee could answer if my biometric data is saved. The information on this is extremely difficult to find. F+ U-Haul

MICHAEL YThe person (Uhual signature is Erick V) who provide the service is great and nice. He friendly helped me to rent an appliance dolly and pad in the early morning of Saturday, even helped me double check whether my vehicle can load the dolly or not. I rented a dolly and a pad for 2.5 hours, and this appliance dolly was so useful. I successfully deliver a refrigerator within 2 hours. That person (Erick V) also helped me double check my account, and revised my order according to the real needs. I do not have any questions. I sincerely appreciate his hard work.
GENGXIN LThe fuel gauge is not working properly! Literally, just a mile after I picked up the truck, the fuel level dropped to zero, and the truck stalled on the highway! I had to run to the gas station for a gas can, and I spent $23 on it! I have a photo showing the fuel level and mileage as proof.
ANTON BI tried to rent a truck from the Van Nuys location, which was confirmed. When I got there, I was told the truck had not been returned. The CSR apologised and said he would try to find a location that had one. He found one in North Hollywood. He said again how sorry he was and said he would give a $50.00 refund for the inconvenience. I was able to rent the truck in North Hollywood. Still waiting on the refund?
RONALD MInside truck cab was dirty, smelled, and had sticky dried residue on floor. The box truck bed floor was also covered in sticky dried residue on floor. The AC stopped working one hour into our 6 hour rental when southern California temp was 99 degrees. Horrible experience with this rental.

Inger TI reserved a U-Hual at Noho Ship online for pick up. I show up at exactly 10am, logged into the app and wanted to check-in and the app told me that there was no cargo van available, even though I reserved it 3 days before. I went to the U-Hual on Victory and Lankershim and the staff was able to help me out get the cargo van quickly. I was able to successfully complete my job. It was unfortunate that my reservation wasn't complete but as a Plan B the staff came through, and really appreciated them.
MARIANO MOld truck, very noise inside the cabin driving for 4 hours was very painful. No furniture dolly even after the reservation and I had to purchase one in store.

ARTASHES HI love this location for my uHaul needs. Terrific staff, clean vehicles, great vans (newer) and a breeze to drive. Thumbs up,my new favorite Uhaul store.
JOHN MI had to put gas in the truck cause it was completely empty . I was told I would be reimbursed for it and I even reminded the guy about it . I went to check the recite and no credit was given . I was charged a safe trip fee of $5 . I paid $15 for the insurance . Safe trip or not I was covered . I do not recommend uhaul period . This is the 3rd time and they play to many games . I will not be returning to them and will not recommend to my friends and family . Not A HONEST PLACE . DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD

RICHARD WAlthough Fairlynn was kind and helpful, the truck was very old, dirty, the radio didn't work and it was out of gas when I climbed in. I appreciate that it's an open station but out of gas?? And I was charged $25 for cleaning when it was dirty when I picked it up. So no, I won't be renting here again.
