There are a lot of men hanging around out front and one of them was yelling at customers who were trying to pull into the parking area. It was a bit confusing and it seemed like he was telling people they couldn't enter but he might have just been asking if anyone needed help moving. Not sure if the men hanging out were looking for work or just homeless but it was a bit scary. One of them was following me around while I waited for my ride. The guys that work at this location are all great and very helpful so that's why I gave the above average rating. But I did not feel very safe at this location.SYDNEY S.

I have been coming to this location for many years, this was the first time that I was disappointed. The staff needs more training, tgey were out of paper to hand out receipts, nor could they email me one when I first picked up the truck. Also lots of damages on several trucks that had not been marked previously. Trucks were dusty in the outside, normally they are clean in and out. Poor service this time around.MARIBEL U.

Had a very rough time retuning equipment. My original drop off was at a different location that wasn't operating. Not sure why that hasn't been updated. I dropped off my truck and my receipt wasn't given. Had to return back to store next day to make sure that it was returned. It wasn't. Thankfully the person working fixed it. I was charged for going over in miles but I left more gas in and drove more because of spots not operating.Mario O.

Rented a 26' truck. Interior was super dusty and dirty. There chips and crumbs all over the dash. I didn't check the inside of the cube until I got back to my house and when I opened it the truck was full of trash , broken glass, random parts from who know what , packing blankets strewn all over and 3 dollies that I didn't rent. Fortunately I'm honest so I didn't take the free dollies and blankets that were provided. I discovered this about 20 minutes after I left the lot and immediately called the location to let them know. But I couldn't get through to anyone after multiple attackers that evening. Also , the dash continued to read â€œ gas cap loose â€œ or something to that effect and when I returned the truck and attempted to refuel , I could not get the cap off to do so. So, overall pretty lame. Nonetheless the truck was driveable and moved my items from point A to POINT B.David G.

I waited for 40 minutes on hold and then I was transferred to some national answering line. She told me that if I brought it back with the tank the same level it was when I rented it I would get a discount. I put 15 dollars in it, mind you, I only used it for 8 miles!! She then told me that it needed to be a quarter tank full. So basically I needed to put in more gas than it was given to me with which ultimately is more than the â€œdiscountâ€ anyways so I ended up putting gas in PLUS having to pay for it not being a quarter tank. So after not being transparent she had the nerve to be rude and dismissive about it. This is the second bad experience with uhaul, last time I was charged for a dolly which they never gave me and when I emailed about it it was completely ignored. Just like this will be. Pickup was fine and drop off was quick but they failed to properly check me out and then call asking where the trailer is. Had to waste 45 minutes explaining after a long hold with the branch and then a manager that it was already turned in. Trailer cost me 21 bucks but the wasted time with this was annoying and at a inconvenient since i was in mexico that morning. Im outraged about it.Patrick A.
We picked up the vehicle, drove twenty miles to the store to pickup the product. There was a padalock on the box truck. We called customer service. Waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, but then for him to talk to the person at our uhaul site took another 20 minutes to get the combination of the lock! Totally unacceptable! I told them I wouldn't pay. We came to an agreement for 20 dollars of the price. I will never use uhaul again! That many minutes to talk to a person is just unacceptable. I guess to improve the experience for the next customer, let them know that if they drop off after hours to do the online drop off if they have a smart phone. Change U-Haul policy. I was running late to pick up my truck. I spoke to the customer service person to let him know that i was on my way, but he still told me was going to release the truck.
