MARK SThe process and service at this location is consistently awful. I’ve used this location twice now, and each time has been the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. The first using the self service pick up and the system not being able to verify my photo or drivers license on the mobile program. So I then needed to go inside where it seemed like they needed to create and entirely new reservation for some reason, rather than just finishing the process for the one I had. This time, to avoid having issues with the mobile program, I chose in store pick up. Bad choice. This time their system was down apparently and they needed to process everything off line. I was there for my 8am reservation, did not actually get into the vehicle until 9am. Just standing around waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. I’m not sure what needs to happen here, but I do not plan on ever returning to this location.

James BI bought locks from U-Haul and put it on my container. They took my lock off and put one on with a code and I couldn’t get in. My original locks which I have picture of before it shipped were gone and the keys didn’t work. They didn’t give me a full 24 hrs to unload. Told me I would have to call a locksmith to be able to get into my container. Told me they would reimburse me and I never heard back from them even though I filed a report

Vehicle was fine, but no business bathroom should be that disgusting. Clean the toilet and floor and paint the walls.
Therese SGiven that speed limits in the US are mostly 65MPH and in places 75MPH or 80MPH... I think your equipment should not be constrained to 55MPH.

Jennifer EPlease contact me. I want to dispute charges to me. While I was at a job, you had the truck towed that I was renting for the project. Once I tracked it down they said it was a mistake. It not only jeopardised my job with my client but cost me a days work and my employees had to be paid although they could not work because all of my tools were in the truck. MATTHEW JI've rented trailers from this location before. Its a pretty quick process since I did most of the paperwork online. If I could give any recommendations to U-Haul, replace all of the safety cables on your trailers back to chains. The cables do not stay in place due to the fact the cables ae not straight. They curl up, and get caught on the hitch locks.

CHRISTOPHER RScheduled a U-Haul drop off at my apartment through the corporate number. It never transferred over to the Scottsdale location so I had to pick it up instead. Overall fantastic experience. Great and helpful employees. Ended up saving money by not having it dropped off anyway so I’m not upset at all.
STANLEY RThe whole process was a fantastic experience and completely seamless. The Uhaul app was a little clunky from time to time but it did not detract from the overall experience. Everything went great and I found it to be very affordable. A great option versus a traditional move because of the flexibility. Will definitely do it again for my next move. The movers that Uhaul referred me to on both ends were fantastic. Five stars!

Yakov II have rented from them on a regular basis. Victor Alvarez and his team are extraordinary. They are very personable, they are patient and take the time to answer all my specific questions with care, precision and thoroughness. They are prompt in returning correspondence so I always feel very protected and that specifics will not be lost due to lack of communication. I am very grateful to this team.
ERIC GIt didn't make sense to me that I had to share contact information for another person as part of the online check-in. This process seems unnecessary and was cumbersome. I ended up no using the online pickup and just going to the counter. I have tried online check-in 3 times now and have never actually used it to complete the process. End up just going to the counter. Counter staff was friendly and helpful.

MICHELLE LThe van I reserved was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I recognize the staff could not control the fact that 2 renters brought their units back late. The staff gave me a larger truck than I wanted/had reserved. I appreciate their efforts, but the larger truck caused me difficulties (overhead clearance at the destination).

Adam WYou can not rip me off for $21 in fuel. There was more gas when I dropped off the truck then when I picked it up. I put in the app that there was only an 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up and dropped off with almost a 1/4 tank!
