I had the absolute worst experience with U-Haul and your team scammed me the day before my move because of an error YOUR team made. When I called to file a complaint no one even called me back. Frankly I want to sue your team.

Picking up was pretty simple and easy. The gentleman gave us the keys after paperwork was done, told us how much it was, then the price tripled. Never will I go back or use U-Haul again!

A bit more explanation of charges would be great, and the guys are busy with check in and check outs, could use assistance, but I know it’s tough with labor costs. Just a way to get service a bit quicker, but guys were very nice.

I have never once had an issue with this location until this current rental. When I am checking out I am being told that I am being flagged and I cannot get a rental and I had to call the U-Haul number. I called the U-Haul number I gave the woman my reference number she apologizes profusely telling me that it wasn’t internal air that she is so sorry that she will get everything removed off of my account etc. etc. I go back to the desk the gentleman was kind of shocked that I was able to get my rental proceeded to kind of belittle me and tell me that somebody probably used my name or I did something wrong in the past etc. etc. I kept telling them that it wasn’t internal error. I have rented from you guys multiple times so I am very well aware of the way your process works that I should receive a text message or an email where I take pictures of the truck inside and out to basically cover my butt. I never received that text message or that email I go inside and I’m not sure if I talked to a manager but he said oh no you’re not gonna get that because you are flagged. So I took pictures of the truck inside and out. I just returned to the truck ask the gentleman to please make sure that everything is locked correctly because I do not wanna have any issues extremely rude to me told me I had to wait by the way in 114° weather. I proceeded to take pictures of the truck as I didn’t even use more than 10 miles and he seemed to get very angry with me that I was taking pictures of the truck after it’s been returned. Today’s rental just felt very sketchy to me and made me feel very uneasy and I rent from you guys a lot at this location.

The employees need to be more well versed on tbe system and do BETTER INSPECTIONS ON ALL EQUIPMENT. This is my 2nd U-haul rental and my 2nd time having issues with faulty equipment. This time it resulted in a blown out tire due to a Sidewall bubble that I caught too late. Should have been caught and taken care of before I even picked up the vehicle.

Corporate did not give me my preferred location at first and assigned me “a gas station” to pick up my truck. When I called the gas station, I was rudely spoke to disregarding any questions I had. I immediately drove to my preferred location because I had purchased boxes and moving supplies from Alverado, the owner. He was incredibly helpful through my whole process and was able to get me switched to his store. I would have cancelled my truck and found a new company should I had been made to stay with the gas station.

I thought the employees I interacted with were excellent. My only complaint is that there was only one person checking people out. Otherwise, great.

The guy at the front who we spoke with to rent trailer, was not helpful. In fact he acted like he could care less if we had questions. The young man in the parking lot was helpful and did answer my questions. He should have been at the front when customers come in, very helpful. I will not rent from this location in the future.

I’m giving this a low rating due to the staff at this location who could not be bothered to help with the basics of check in and were just all around unpleasant to deal with. I’d go elsewhere if you need to rent something unless you want to be treated with indifference or with mild contempt as part of your rental. Also, if you have questions definitely don’t call, no one will answer the phone.
