All employees I spoke to were very friendly and nice however I had many, many problems with miscommunications and it was difficult to get in contact with the right people to talk to about the Ubox. The contact info on my case was incorrect and even after two separate employees said they corrected it, it was still wrong. Every time I called the Seattle location to set up a pick up date I got transferred to a representative off site (three times) and when I did go to get my box it was not ready and they had the wrong information about how I was picking it up. Again, everyone was very nice when I spoke to them but I am not satisfied with the service, it was a huge hassle and I had to make way too many phone calls to get things in order.

15 minutes before I ever saw an employee. I saw someone working on a hitch and asked if there was anyone here and was told to wait a moment. I was at the location for at least 35 minutes which was 20 minutes too long. The trailer has drywall dust in it and I had to clean it out myself.

This facility gets a poor rating. They falsified the day they picked up my U-Box, indicating a later date (2) that I was no longer in town. Ten days later they created a fraudulent invoice indicating that was onsite to started the whole process...I was 4000 miles away. Because things were done improperly, a shipper was never triggered. Although my box was 17 days late to my city, there was no U-Box sub-company available to deliver it to me for an additional 14 days making my access to my delivery 31 days late. Not one person with U-Haul called me in the beginning and I didn't know there was a problem until I received a charge for storage in my origin city over a month later....3 days before it was scheduled to arrive. U-Haul. Check your systems in place, or develop them. Hire better people and hold them accountable. I would rate zero stars if I could.

I will be asking for a refund. U Haul told me 8am pick up with your app which wasn't true so I had to wait around until 9am until the store opened. Then they didn't have the truck I reserved a long time ago. I had to downside to the smallest truck U-Haul offers and spend extra money for my movers to stay longer/do multiple trips. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quick check in amd check out. My friend even left his personal car keys on the D-ring by accident and when we called the person found it for us. I will be recommending this location to all my friends. Thank you!!

I had a very pleasant experience with the General Manager Devin Thomas. He was very professional, and he made us feel very special. He explained the process of the rental. He addressed us as Mr&Mrs calling our last name. This made us very comfortable in our transaction. We almost rented from Another agency and decided to try U-Haul and glad we did.

This was a last minute rental for us as our previously arranged rental was overbooked. This was a life saver for me as I had 4 movers on ready to go, a cleaning crew ready to go and the clock was ticking. thank you for saving the day for me. Kudos to your 800 customer service for their great help!!!

Continue to provide excellent and prompt service. I picked up the van at 715 am and returned it at 7pm. The staff on 8/24/29 were all very professional and prompt.

Returned vehicle only four min. Late, and spent the next hour trying to return it on line. Had to have my daughter come down to help me. Very stressful after a long day of moving. Seems like a grace period should be implemented on those who were within a minor 4 min. Well I guess i’m Not the only one who has experience this same issue. Next time I will definitely make a point not to to replete this wild return issue. I was moving slow just got out of the hospital a week ago. Thank you for the rental though. The truck was nice and very usefull.

We had very bad experience with Uhaul Seattle where we got the ubox delivered. At Carson we scheduled access to the box two days prior and when we actually went there the box was not accessible.
