Cargo van was overbooked so I had to drive a 10' box truck down the 405. I was not comfortable with this. The service I received otherwise was good. Please fix your reservation system.David H.

Hi l don't understand 30 mn late to gave back truck When l was there only one person work l stand in line 15 mn no body to help so l gave keys to on guys worker to take care after l don't received anything from them to show me my bill l check my account to se how much they charge me, l see 1 day more that not fair l m not happy. When I arrived at the office, the reserved dolleys were not available so I was given a better dolley for the same price. However, I paid for almost 4 full gallons of gasoline while registering only 10 miles driven. The party that rented the truck before me did not completely fill up the gas tank.SEAN B.

Checking in was a little busy at the time we came to pick up the Cargo Trailer. Once checked in, we were quickly assisted with hooking up the Cargo Trailer to our Jeep. Dropping off the Cargo Trailer was very simple and quick. The overall experience was excellent. Uhaul helped us with what we needed to get our move completed that day. The pickup truck had 1/8 tank of gas in it upon pick up. It was pretty dirty including inside of windshield was filthy. It was surprising that there were zero furniture dollies available. The staff were nice. Overall it is a smooth process. I am not quite clear how the express truck share would work given the circumstances.SCOTT DAVID N.

Terrible customer service!!!! Returned trailer after hours drop off on Sunday night. While I was late returning the trailer, the location was closed and couldn't re-rent trailer yet they charged me a FULL extra day rental!! This is wrong! I tried calling uhaul but after 45 min on hold my phone battery died ! Will NEVER rent from this location again. I should have check Yelp reviews before agreeing to rent from this locationâ€¦. Terrible Yelp rating and I can understand why they have 2 stars! I gave them 1 star!!!!!!JOHN D.

The pick up time is very long even with a reservation. It takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes pick up your rental with a reservation. They should have a reservation line to scan your phone and pickup your rental. The return is great if you dont have to wait in a line to talk to the agent. If so it's another 30 minutes to return the rental.GREGORY H.

The uhaul rep never asked me if I wanted the damage waiver or not, he automatically signed me up for it. He also didnt speak with a tone, I had to ask him to repeat himself three times. Upon returning of the uhaul truck, I parked the truck running at the designated area and patiently waited for a rep to come check me out as the sign stated to do, they never came out. I had to walk inside to get someone to help me. Two reps at the register, one helping a customer another on her phone. The phone rep asked if she can help me, I said yes I'm ready to check out she said ok give me a sec as she was busy on her phone. I walked back outside and waited, she finally came to check me out. This uhaul experience was ugh, Ill assume the lack of quality employees on the market may be the reason.WILLIAM B.

The service at this location was an excellent representation of the entire staff working Friday! I was late and they didn't mind. They gave me a great spot since I'm partically handicapped. They explained everything to me. They bright smile eyes and upbeat tone tone really set the pace! The store was well stocked and every employee has proper PPE & wearing it properly. They laughed and worked as a team even the manager. The employees are the best representatives for the Uhaul Brand!! Lot was clean! People liked working at this location. The man who checked me in was such a jerk. He made me go collect all my things (dolly, and go find the truck) he never went over anything with me. I usually rent from a different location in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd.. but this one had the van available so I chose it. The â€œserviceâ€ was horrible. Except for when I returned the van.
