DONALD RI would like to report that the front desk staff exhibit a very poor attitude and provide subpar service, rendering them unsuitable for customer-facing roles. Additionally, the van provided is incorrect, as I ordered a 9’ van, not a 7.2’ one.
LEOBARDO CFantastic rental today in Torrance. Moved my son from Redondo Beach to Pasadena and the10' truck was flawless. In fact, it was brand new with only 470 miles! I felt honored to be presented with a brand new whip, thank you so much, you guys and gals provide phenomenal service and value. Happy New Year!!!

Craig TYour people are just fine and they do a pretty decent job, but the bandwidth for your app leaves a lot to be desired. I kept get kicked out of the check in process at about 08:30 in the morning. I can only assume it's because everyone at all the U-Hauls across the country were trying to use it at the same time. Otherwise, it's OK.

CESAR SI was extremly frustrated dis-satisfied with UHAUL because they refused to allow renting the 6x12 utility trailer for a one way trip from LA to Reno. Now I need to make a second trip to finish the move. The 5x9 utility trailer is too small to be useful for cross country moves. Uhaul sucks, will look for other options next time. I also am frustrate that there is no place to give feedback on Uhaul customer service, Uhaul only asks for reviews on their staff not their service offerings.

Phyllis APick up of this trailer was a diaster. Front desk service was fine but “U-haul outdoor maintenance” guy was rude, unprofessional, screamed to me, bossed my like talking talking to a dog. Demanding me to get in car and stay inside. Then delayed exit with making me move car 7-8 times…. Then he needed female coworker to actually get trailer onto my tow hitch. This all took 30 min off my time away. I’m a repeat customer and never had this kind of UHAUL experience before

Phyllis AThe truck gave a tire problem indicator. We lost 2 hours because a repair man had to come out. He didn't find any problems and even after filling tires the warning was showing. Not acceptable. Keep your vehicles in good condition.
SUDHIR BI am a repeat customer, having rented U-Haul equipment about four times from this location, and I'm consistently impressed! I am so glad to have this U-Haul in my neighborhood; it makes all of my equipment moves a whole lot easier and incredibly convenient. The customer service here is excellent—the staff was friendly and made the process speedy and overall great. My only minor suggestion is specifically about the return process. It appears they have a new, specific drop-off area in the lot for returns which I wasn't aware of until I arrived. I recommend they clearly indicate or inform customers beforehand exactly where the new drop-off spot is. A simple sign or note during the rental process would be very helpful. Despite that small point, the entire experience was fast, smooth, and professional. Highly recommend!
JORGE GI have rented a lot of vehicles from this location and I will continue to do so jeff does a great job with the staff, but this was the worst van I’ve ever rented it leaked and the locks did not work what I mean by that is I had to make sure the engine was on so I could unlock the back door and side door. The front door would not lock and had to leave it unlocked all night long

steve bThe taking pics of the rental truck was cool. However when I was driving at the end of the day, and trying to get a hold of a live person to ask about dropping off a 30 to 60 minutes later; the phone message was trying to get me to use the online app system while driving!! Not safe to do. Easier to speak with a live person than take eyes off the road to go to some app to make a simple request. Not always in a good area to get the internet to go through the app. Storage units are usually made of metal and sometimes hard to get a decent signal even in the city. I eventually got hold of a live person to make my request and they were very professional about it and easy to accommodate my request.

David SI would have provided 5 stars, but the app is not always in sync with the physical locations. I rented an appliance dolly only to be told that the location I rented it from did not have any. We were in a pinch so we rented a regular dolly which was too small for the appliance we were moving. We were lucky to have a friend of a friend who had a better dolly that we borrowed.

ADAM SRestrict from your premises any non-Uhaul men seeking work. I saw about 6 individuals (one a child) and two men approached me for work. I couldn't tell who was a Uhaul employee vs who was not (one could not speak English). Rather disturbing.

AKIRA KWe had very bad experience with Uhaul Seattle where we got the ubox delivered. At Carson we scheduled access to the box two days prior and when we actually went there the box was not accessible.
