I need a call back on this rental as the brake light on passenger side was inop which resulted in me being required to swap it out in FLL and unload and reload Cargo into a new trailer. Lost 7 hours of time and enormous hassle I need customer service call back please!!RICHARD M.

I have been coming to this uhaul for several years and always had a good experience. However, this last time we had the unfortunate luck to deal with Brian who was extremely rude and disrespectful. We brought the truck cleaned on the inside but apparently had mud by the fenders and doors on the exterior because it had been raining. Since his pressure washer was broken he wanted us to wash the outside fender area because of the mud or he would charge us a cleaning fee, which he did $75. Which had never happened before but the worst part was his attitude as he disrespectfully asked us â€œdon't you read the contract or what's a matter you don't know how to read?â€ Who the hell says that to a customer! I know how to read but what if I didn't! And it just got worse from there, for this reason I decided to write this review ( see I know how to write too) because even though I never write negative reviews and don't like to harm anyone, the disrespect was too much!!!LAURA G.

All very well but there is one thing, it has already happened to me several times that I arrive 5 min after 24 hours and they charge me for 5 min the whole day and that is too abusive, I am thinking of not renting more with UHAULOSMANI M.

Horrible customer service only location that won't allow you to park on site while you rent a 4 hour truck. Uhaul gets worst every time. But this location has been the worst overall. Corporate really needs to visit this place. Left message for general manager and still haven't received a call back.Reginall H.

When i picked up the trailer, it had broken glass everywhere on the floor of the trailer. I cleaned it before i used it to haul some yard work. When i dropped it off just an hour after using it, i was charged $15 because it had just a small amount of dirt on the floor. I've used this location for years, that was also my last time.ASTERIO M.

Seems to me there should be at least 2 people working the counter on a Saturday morning there was only 1 person and the wait time was long. When I came back to return the trailer the gentleman that received it and unhooked it was slow and unfriendly, I had to ask him if I needed to go inside with my paperwork. He kept me waiting while he slowly tidied up all his cones, he had no regard for my time at all.FELIX B.

I give it 4 stars because at the time of delivery the employee charged me a fee of 25 dollars because he said it was dirty, in itself they were a little dust, also if I use the truck only 10 hours and they charge me the whole day, also when I do not fill the gas tank, they charge me, but if I fill it and spend it, they do not reimburse, I think those things should be reviewed, Thank youOSMANI M.
I was charged twice for a 4:00 hour rental. On the phone I was quoted $24.95 for a 6X12 open trailer no ramp. on the day of pick up the price jumped to $45.95 and there was no such model without a ramp. Today Monday April 5th, my account shows two withdrawals one for $45.95 and another for $45.96. Please help me resolve this situation. To make matters worst My account is overdrawn.CARL C.

When I register online it was only chargeing me exactly $19.95 when I get to the location she told me the $19.95 was only for the rental of the truck and 99cents per mile which is wrong cause that mean it's a fortune to go anywhere far I rented from uhaul for many years and never got charged per mile when I return the truck he said I went over the miles by 70miles and have to pay$57 dollars more I already payed $40 to get the truck this is unfair and will not rent or recommend uhaul to anyone because it's unfair we are being over charged to use the vans and the advertising is false and I will be doing google reviews for uhaul also and many more sites for this company.DIANE O.
