I had a great experience with the two individuals who helped me. This is a location I would recommend to anyone. Truly great customer service! And the check out process was so quick had me in and out in less then 5 minutes of pulling into the equipment drop off area

This is the 2nd time we have come and our truck was not available! This time our reservation was not honored. We reserved a 20 ft truck and had to settle for a 15ft truck and reserved a 15ft truck and that wasn't even listed on the reservation at all! Every time we go the poor techs are having to deal with slow or non loading computers. Both the day we reserved and the day for pick up. Saul was our tech and he was awesome and really tried to rectify the error as best he could, we really appreciated his efforts!

The van was dirty windshield in particular. The Car was a bit out of alignment which on a trip to San Diego and back was tiring. Also, the change oil light came on. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was very busy. They gave me the car and didn't go over anything inside. I'll give them a pass as they seemed short staffed.

There was no drop-off at night. Because I had to park the truck farther away for it to be safe I ended up putting extra miles on it and got charged for them. I also got charged for bringing it 25 minutes later also because I had to drive out of my way to get the truck.

I am sorry to say that although the equipment and the process of obtaining my vehicle went ok, the personnel at this particular site was less than acceptable. Without exception, they were un-friendly, lazy and the man that checked me in at return, was downright RUDE and condescending. Unfortunately, this the only UHaul site in Simi Valley, or I would NOT return. If you don't like the job of being in a "Customer Service" position, you'd better find another job. I have rented from this site numerous times, so this is not a one-time visit for me. There used to be a few friendly people there, but I haven't seen them in quite a while. Sad for the owner.

The gas gauge read full at pick up. I drove 9 miles. Went to top off the fuel before returning the van and it took 5 gallons of gas. Clearly it was not full when I picked it up even though the gas gauge read full. Very frustrating.

Easy and quick process including outstanding service provided by staff that quickly and efficiently set up trailer and hooked up to hitch and wiring. I simply had to just drive off, the similar great service upon return of trailer. The suggestion of staff for me to pre-fill out the rental info on line prior to pick up was a big time saver and a very efficient process

Very friendly and efficient staff. The young lady running the place is very knowledgeable and gets you exactly what you need with a very friendly attitude. I live 20 miles away but would never go anywhere else. Everything you could possibly need is in this store and the vehicles are well maintained as well.

The location was very busy and every associate was great. I watched a few people before me be handled with care & a smile. Most people have never or rarely ever rented a truck and each was happy they got great service.

The employee who helped us was unfriendly, which can be overlooked, but he also put us in danger. He hooked up my car to the tow dolly incorrectly, which damaged the tow dolly and my vehicle. I'm not sure how he's employed there.

The woman that helped me was slow and and didn’t know how to work the system. When I returned the dolly, the same woman was mopping the floor. She didn’t greet me until I said hello. A few moments passed with her continuing to mop and I finally said, “Can you help me, my truck is running?” She said, “I need to finish this section and then I will help you.” This was then followed by more issues with the system and her inability to print me a receipt. The customer service was horrible and another reason why I hesitate using UHaul for anything. You need to conduct training and have better oversight.

Could be friendlier. Also when I drop off the truck there is a sign that says “stay with the vehicle” some one will come out to you. Nobody ever comes out. After I go inside they just say, “ we will send you an email with your final invoice”. SOS why is there a sign that tells me something else. And waste time sitting at the truck.

Very pleased with the ease of renting the U-haul truck and the cost. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful The wait to return the vehicle took much longer than expected. That would be the only area I'd suggest improving. Thank you for caring enough to ask.

Making a reservation or walking in doesn't save anytime at all. I made a reservation for a motorcycle trailer a night before I needed it. Then on the next morning I did the check in to accelerate the process. When I arrived the trailer wasn't ready for me to take, I had to go thru the whole process as I didn't even do a reservation at all. Then they told me my Mercedes Benz GL450r had electrical issues and the trailer lights wouldn't work. The problem was UHaul didn't have the right adapter for Mercedes Benz. I was able to purchase the adapter on Amazon.com. The second I just walked in to the same location to rent the same motorcycle trailer. The process was still the same. Only one person in the counter who also is the manager and 3 people outside. Come on guys, you need more people in the counters. The lady/manager also had a bad attitude towards customers. She didn't even said anything when someone else jump in front of me in the line when I went to get my wallet from my car. Hopefully you guys fix this problem as this location is close to home and convenient for me.

The key to our truck wasn’t in the lockbox as instructed in the mobile checkin. Someone had it inside. Also, our furniture pads that we ordered were not in the truck.
