since I put all the information in your system, why did I need to wait 15 min while the employee took care of a customer who did not pre register. this was extremely frustrating. I should have been able to just grab the keys and go. this was a horrible experience

The staff is very helpful and friendly and not as cynical as the manager from a few years ago. I have made reservations at other U-Haul locations only to find out that they did not have the equipment available once I arrived. U-Haul of Simi Valley has never let me down.

The truck's floor was unusually hot throughout my move. Enough to melt food, make bottled water undrinkable and making the bottoms of my feet unbearably hot and uncomfortable.

I have been renting from this location quite frequently for a few years now. It is my opinion that the new manager could use some classes on people skills. He is not customer friendly and literally has me considering using a different location.

When I arrived to pick up the truck the attendant was not very friendly, and the only other thing was there were no dollys. Truck was clean, everything else was great and when we returned the truck the person checking it in was very friendly.

This may be nothing but in the world of malware etc I don't trust taking a pic of my license then digitally sending on your link provided. I asked the desk to do it for me as before,pre-pandemic. They obliged but it seemed unnecessary for me to do it there while in person at the rental center. Thank you

They should go with the customer to check out the vehicle . They should also show and confirm extra rented equipment ( how many blankets etc. ) . My vehicle had 50 more miles on it than the rental agreement. I caught it , but that shouldn't happen . They were nice and personable.

Well, I haven't called the location yet but will shortly. I p/u the truck in the later afternoon hours. A couple hours later a female called me wanting to know when I would be returning it (it was the only one on the lot). I told her prob around 12 noon the next day because I was going to be able to use my daughters car, she responded saying “oh good!” There was someone who wanted to rent a pick up and they didn't have any on the lot. I took it back 12:30-ish. I was hoping they'd credit it as coming in early, but they didn't. I really NEED a car to work, but don't have the funds to do so, so am needing to rent!😫. I recently had a car from Enterprise and it cost me over $1,000. for 21 days...not good since I was using it for work and they were draining my account!!! Guess I need to pray for a miracle!

The manager and the woman who answered the phone were both fantastic to me. I am recovering from surgery so have issues with simple tasks during the pandemic. Deep thanks to them. Most corporations need to take better care of their employees..Especially when you have good ones so that would be my recommendation to you.

Address I got in email took me next door. I ended up seeing the uhaul trucks and figured out how to get to the location, but you may want to look at GPS/address on popular GPS apps and adjust it. I had to make two u-turns in the next door parking lot with a trailer. Good practice, but a little frustrating! Thanks!

My vehicle was very dirty on the outside. It had door damage when I picked it up and the door seal did not close proper causing wind noise while driving that was very loud. I rent from this facility often. Employees were excellent, they need more help since it was very busy

Have the person working the desk advise customers that if they are going to return their rental after hours they need to go to the U-Haul website and properly check-in the rental online. I did not know this step and I dropped off my rental without going online. The next day I called in and the customer service rep had no idea that my rental was dropped off and when he called my local store the rental hadn't been checked in yet. This call took 25 minutes.

There was not as much gasoline in the pick up truck as indicated at the onset. I drove it less than ten miles and had it back within 90 minutes. I was charged $30 for the truck and an additional $15 for fuel. I am not very happy and feel a bit cheated.

I tried using the UHaul App. Very frustrating. It kept telling me I timed out just 10 seconds after sending me a verification code. I had to try it four times before it worked. The guys at the store were fine, but because the app was so awful, I saved no time (which was the point of using the app.) Check-in process was fine.

Reserved a 10' was "upgraded" to a larger truck since 10' trucks were all rented. The only thing upgraded was Uhaul's wallet. They dinged me for the larger truck. Approx. $70 vs. approx. $30. Nice racket.

Rude, lazy and not willing to work staff. They all had their cars blocking my storage unit. I had to ask them for access, when not one but 3 employees leisurely took their time moving their car show vehicles as I waited a few minutes. The facility is dirty and it would make sense with 3 ppl who just take their time doing almost nothing. There was a mixup by uhaul of my pickup location and the staff were not helpful. Which all coincided with the customer service number who basically did the same thing and pushed me off to someone else to someone else. What a waste of time having me drive all over town and not be helpful. Horrible experience. If I wasn’t moving and needed your services that day I would have gone elsewhere. From this point forward you lost a customer. Thanks for wasting my time. Good to see staff being paid to do absolutely zero work.
