Issue is with uhaul booking not site. Originally ordered a 4x8 trailer as that would have been plenty for what we needed. However it is not 4 feet tall inside, it is barely 3 feet. Really poor advertising. The trailer size listed should reflect interior size to avoid this in the future. Luckily the site had a trailer available i could upgrade to. Site reps were very helpful.

I reserved the truck at 8am and they forgot to put my key in the self check in. I’d so I had to wait for an hour until they opened at 9. Very frustrating.

Myers fl. And the return in Ft. Myers (which is huge u haul place was seamless complete top of their game . 💯 percent.. Will use UHAUL 6x12 trailer worked perfectly. Thank you 😊

ANTONIO MIt is ridiculous that you have a renter go through a 15 minute checkout process for after hours delivery and then charge $20 extra. Your personnel should have to perform the entire process and then send information to the renter if there is an issue.
