I will totally "skip" the online experience next time because the "online" experience was horrible, The online experience and dealing with customer service was extremely rude, has no regard for georgaphical limitations, such as mileage , fuel and distances between locations. I called the first location as I had a problem arriving to pick the RV up. I had to get a new phone and did not posese the ability to contact anyone until my difficulty with TMobile was resolved.(telephonic difficulties) I arrived lat the pick up point the next morning and my reservation was sold out from under me a the 700 N. Lombardy ST location. I went about my business and went back to E. Belt location where Mr Andrew was able to get me all set up and ready to go. I was able to complete my need for the trailer thanks to Mr. Andrew who was very accomodating.

Eduardo DThe only complaint I have is with the new single strap for the front tires. I've used transports in the past with the wheel harness strap system with no issues. I went about 60 miles on I-95 and when I got to my destination, the single strap had worked it's way loose. One was almost off the tire and I secured them really well. Recommend going back to the old strap.

JOHN MThe truck smelled like marijuana strong and cigarettes and the gas gauge was marked at a half of tank on paperwork but when I pulled off and reached to the corner it wasn’t at that level but I was working on a time frame so didn’t complain. But I will say that the staff was very professional and respectful.
