Edward WI have more people here to show you how to find your truck it took me a while to find my truck. There was only two people there it was an hour or so before they close yeah need to get a little bit more professional on that.

Brian CI wish it would have been mentioned or pointed out that I had exactly 48 hours to return the uhaul and not a minute longer. I read that my rental agreement was from 6/22-6/24 and didn’t read the fine print where it said literally I had exactly 48 hours later and no more. I easily could have picked the trailer up later on the pick up day or returned it earlier on the return day had I realized I literally only had 48 hours. I was very disappointed to have been charged $20 plus the $8 for returning it at 10 am instead of 7 am.

Jesus ZLady at the counter told me dollys weren't garenteded, even though I rented the truck and dolly online well ahead of time. And gave ample notice I needed one. Also the truck had 1/16th a tank of gas in it when I went to pick it up and had to wait for a worker to refule it. Although the worker who refuled the truck was very nice I had scheduled mover through the website and was late to meet them. I was very disappointed with uhaul with this move and wanted it to be a 1 stop shop.

PAWEL BHave previous bad experiences at this location but this time it went smooth maybe i dealt with different people ,hopefully every-time from now goes smooth since I usually have to rent trailers or trucks few times in the year.
Juan CI rented a trailer to haul a Ford 150 and was told it would fit. I drove it 40 miles just to find out it would not fit. Totally not acceptable.

David CHave some hitch scales to sale so people can see what the tongue weights are on their trucks for some safe towing and piece of mind I couldn’t find any in town all had to be ordered

ignacio rPicked up my rental as they were trying to check it in. Saying I was late to pick it up when I was 10 minutes early. Then the rental was parked between two other rentals bumper to bumper. Had to have an employee move the rental. They berated me the entire time about how easy it was to move. Not my job... Then I returned the rental 2 hours in to a 6 hour rental. They called me 5 hours later asking where there rental was. Had to call the district office to figure it out. Horrible experience for a two hour, 8 mile rental...

PAWEL BIt meant a lot that both the pick-up and drop-off locations were open to giving an extra miles allowance for the miles I had to drive from that location to my parent's home where I did the loading. It makes sense and should be part of the standard miles allowed in the contract (like 20-50 extra miles) but, initially, it wasn't. Thank you to the great employees who treated me like a human being. For that, I will continue to use Uhaul services and recommend them to others!
Tynan WWait was an hour on pick up and return. Truck was on empty and seatbelt was broken. Left my car and someone smashed the window. Will never go there again.

PAWEL BJohn did not change the fuel gage to 1/8 of a tank. I walked in and showed him the picture that was taken. He was to change it from 1/4 of a tank of gas to 1/8. All Postal inc charged me 13.50 for fuel. I returned the Truck with more than 1/8 of tank of gas.

Roman C(I think his name was...) Jose did a great job in sorting out how are three different reservations for the same rental. Even with a backed-up line of waiting customers, he would apologize for their predicament while focusing on getting our situation solved.
William ELine was super long moved slow the system was down the link to take my pictures didn’t notify me until 2 hrs after I left facility staff didn’t explain the overall cost for an intown move haven’t rented a truck in a while personally felt the overall cost was high could display mileage cost more clearly on the daily price sign
Alexander GThey gave me a quarter of a tank of gas. I have video and pictures in the parking lot before pulling off. Yet the charged me extra when I returned the truck. They had no dolly’s. They moved extremely slow. One lady just kept walking in circles from an office to the bathroom over and over and left two other employees at the counter. The poor man on the phone just kept shaking his head. It took so long to get the trucks. Then the parking lot was so over crowded, I had to ask them to move so I could get the truck out. Worst experience I’ve ever had with UHAUL.

German hBetter service on vehicles, I rented a vehicle and didn’t have AC, temperature gauge or sensor didn’t work ABS light on. What a mess will not rent a vehicle here again.
