JOSE AI reserved truck a day prior and they scheduled to same day pick up so they scheduled wrong. I picked up truck on Friday and truck was dirty. Truck breaks wasn’t working. I almost had an accident on site. Terrible experience. Workers look like they don’t want to work not helpful. There was a girl that helped me out only and she did her job correctly and helpful right away. Didn’t get her name.

jose vStreamline the confirmation orders among u-Haul locations to avoid long wait times to pickup equipment. Verification of lights working prior to picking up units time to avoid long time of checking out equipment. Show all the requirements online of what is needed to check out equipment (how many phone numbers, howany people, etc) to avoid long checking out times. Use alternative methods of equipment inspection if the app does not work on phones of the customer to speed up checking out timing.

JOSE AThe location wasn’t the problem the problem was, where i originally setup my truck they changed my pick up location two days prior and then again day of, not only did i have to drive further away now i couldn’t pick up till after 9 such an inconvenience
JOSE ATruck was a little banged up but nothing out of the ordinary for a fleet vehicle, friendly customer service, and the app makes things super convenient and easy to navigate.
Trent WStore Manager was great, and very helpful. He was training a new guy, whom looks promising. However, he needs some actual employees to help him. He literally handled 3 clients at a time; & kept having to call one employee back to provide customer service. Give this store manager some weekend labor hours, and this store could flourish.

BILLY MUhaul For a first time user of uhaul at first I was a little not sure about the trailer that I rented but everything worked out great got home safe with vehical in tow Also do I get my deposit back in the mail that's what the lady at the uhaul shop in in Hollister said also I would like to give a the very nice lady at the uhaul storage I think on Panama Ave she saved me time by calling to see about the trailer I neeed her name I think was Jessica good job Sincerely Roy S Valdez
ROY VThe truck was clean upon pickup. The problem with the truck is that the Vent/AC doesn't work at all. I believe the blower is broken. The weather was quite warm, and we couldn't use the AC at all, making for a hot move.

BREEANA MEverything was good. It was my fist time renting with U-Haul so I didn’t know exactly what were the steps, but the staff there was nice and helpful that everything went smooth and fast.
Jesse EDoing the contract wasn’t too difficult, ButHe was not too helpful to direct us to the truck that we got to rent. He told us just go outside and look for the number and you guys will find it in the exit to one of the street.
FLORIDALMA CIf you reserve on the app the store should honor that instead of specifically requiring you to have add on fees depending on van or truck. Felt and feel scammed. Uhaul customer service is doing little to amend the situation. Keeping record of all contact, going to have talk to an attorney at this point.

RAYMOND MThe staff was very and helpful, but they were way under staff. One person working the counter and 2 in the lot (taking in and handing out equipment. We were on a time schedule, so 20 min standing in line waiting my turn was....forever when your in a rush.

But over all I really appreciate the trailer it got all my chores done. I'll be renting next week hopefully that person is okay that helped me. That person seemed overwhelmed. Overall that person did good helping me out. I appreciate the help.

CODY BGreat place too, kind of a busy area but all went smooth. I was supposed to drop off at a tire place on Workman St, which is just a few blocks from me. Supposed to be 24 hours. Was so dark I had trouble finding the place and could not see anywhere to drop off the truck, so I went a few miles to the Union Ave. store. Reliable there.
