Great location with friendly staff and plenty of room to drive and park on property. The trailer was missing two bolts on the tongue that helped to attach the enclosed box portion of the trailer. I took photos and alerted staff before departing but was assured the missing bolts would not be a problem. Sure enough, they were not an issue but this could be in the near future.

Russ MReserved truck. Told what time to p/u and still no truck! Gave me a bigger one that took more fuel! Should have called to let me know truck was not returned and I would have had option to locate from another source! After adding $25 in fuel, I was then charged an additional $35 for fuel!

HEATHER TWe rented a 15 foot uhaul to move and the uhaul was very dirty both inside and out. It took us almost an hour to clean the interior well enough to feel comfortable putting our stuff inside. I was very disappointed with this experience.

ERIC SI am relatively new to this rental location a d had to drop off my car. I asked if I could leave my car on premise and they said it was a liability which I completely understand. However when I asked where I could park I received very vague responses "on this street or on that street". I nervously found a spot that was vacant. It would be great if the staff could specifically identify a couple specific locations to park and that would have helped me feel a bit more relaxed with the stressful moving experience. The person that checked me in 10 out of 10. His manager at the time, not so much.

MAHSHID ZOnly for location. The young guy was all over the place. I pulled away and the gate was wide open with a hand truck floating around which could have flown out and hit another car. The guy who checked me out said they were waving their hands trying to catch my attention but how about calling the number i gave you or i don’t know how about not leaving the gate open with a free floating hand truck and several open blanket bags.
BRIDGET MThe truck is rented the passenger mirror was broken and spun 360 so I wasnt able to see cars out that window, or drive safe. They said the gas was at half and it was a good amount less than that. I had to take pictures and send in proof of both 1 mile down road after picking it up.

ELIZABETH OOne problem I had was that while the trailer was 6 ft wide, the ramp opening was significantly less. In fact, the opening was under 5 ft wide. You might not see this as a problem, but I was trying to haul a three-wheelel motorcycle (CanAm Spyder), whose front wheels are 5 ft wide. That meant we had to maneuver this nearly 800 lb vehicle to get one wheel in and then the other. If I had known, I would have rented something wider. It was quite a hassle loading and unloading.

BRIAN VHorrible customer service, my truck was not ready and was blocked in, which delayed my pickup by 3 hours. I was still incorrectly charged for 3 hours extra anyway. The hand truck and appliance dolly that I rented was not left in the truck and I had to go back and get it. And I don't have time to list the other issues.
