Eric CThere was an appliance dolly and extra blankets in the back of the van that I did not order. I informed the attendant and he removed them. I did not check the milage on the van until I left the UHaul facility - there were 30-extra miles on the odometer. It was my bad for not checking, but it was a bummer that I had to pay for the extra mileage. I returned the van at 5:45 and the receipt said that I returned it at 6:45, not a big deal, but I did not go over my allotted time. I have rented from this location and will continue to do so, but I will do a more thorough check before I leave the facility.

NICHOLAS HMy confirmed reservation was for a 25 ft truck. When I arrived at the pick up location, the agent told me I didn’t have one. He then told me they must of canceled the reservation and then proceeded to say they didn’t have any rentals. Not only had I walked to location, but I did not have a truck. After speaking to the agent and showing him the lot full of trucks including multiple 25ft trucks and he agreed only to rent me a 10 ft truck. This made my move almost 5 times longer and more costly with the trip charges as I had to go 5 times more back and forth.

JOHN SAs I was driving and just getting on the I-5 on ramp, the trailer started swaying and completely came off my tow ball. I had to have someone assist putting it back on and we had to manipulate it and shake it up and down to get it to latch back on properly and lock in

FRANCISCO LAgent did not load appliance dolly, and would not deliver to Santa Paula, movers would not move appliance otherwise, leaving me to move and load them, also had the same issue when unloading, incompetence left me frustrated, I am a disabled American combat veteran.

The app wouldn't allow me to save the pictures I needed to take before checking out the truck. RICARDO ACab was dirty with signs of spilled drinks but employee cleaned it up after I complained. Sliding door very difficult to open. Had to go through back to open. A few times dash indicator showed it open even though it was closed. Much different experience with this van than the one I rented at this location a few weeks ago. That one was clean and operated well.

GREGORY BI rented at this location for years. Vehicles are always ready as promised. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
CATHY BI reserved an appliance dolly, however, there was not one available so I was given a regular one, but the moving helpers already had that.

DAVID SStore manager had no customer satisfaction skills. I will never rent from this location nor bother renting anything again. I tried to call and request a few hours leniency on a Sunday night. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I ended up being 3 hours late, which could have been avoided if I knew it was such a big deal. Next day I get billed double saying I dropped it off 5 hours late and the excuse was they could have possibly rented it at 3pm on a Sunday for a quick hour. If either the store or 1800 number would have answered I could have been there close to the drop off time knowing they have a 0 tolerance policy. The manager said today they would have given me 20 minutes, HA. How lame. Never again. Never again. And I didn’t even end up using the trailer. I got stuck at work .
CHASE RWaited in store, 3.5 hours in the store for box to be prepared due to scheduled pick up not be entered correctly. Requested to speak with Store Manager and have not received response. RIDICULOUS!
