The online checkin does not work at this location, so we had to wait in line for an hour to get our truck. The two employees were very disorganized. So instead of getting the truck at 9:30, we got it at 10:30 with a 6-hour return time (this location closes at 5 pm). Starting at 4:00 pm, I received three telephone calls from this location in which the female employee told me that I would be charged was telling me that I would be charged an extra day because I didn't return the truck at 3:30 pm. Then her messages turned into warnings. Mind you, this was as we were wrapping up and were totally stressed out, knowing that we would have the truck back by 4:40 pm. This was COMPLETELY unnecessary on her part and added to the stress of a very stressful day. When we arrived at 4:30, I told the employees that because of their ineptitude, we didn't get our truck until 10:30. They didn't care - all they wanted to do was close early. WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN.

Customer check out took 20 mins even though I had already done all the online process, The truck want clean all the blankets were just thrown in the back and not folded. I took it apon myself to clean and fold the then cause I didn't want to be charged.

Beatrice R.Hello, I arrived to pick up my truck 15-minutes early, to avoid any confusion. The person at the desk was alone, frustrated, and refused to help me with my truck pick up, because I had arranged to pick it up through the mobile pick up service, but the QR code was not working and I needed help picking up the truck without the mobile pick up. Moises finally helped us and was very rude saying "Jesus, calm down" when I was very calm and had been asking repeatedly for him to help us since the mobile app was not working. He pulled the key from the box outside and pointed to a truck at the far end of the front and said, "That's your truck". That's all we were told. We got in the truck to move a one bedroom from Agoura Hills where it was 103 degrees. The AC was not working in the truck and we were struggling to complete the move in the heat and had to drive all the way 32 miles back in sweltering heat. Upon arrival Moises yelled at me for not checking in on the mobile app to check the boxes or something. But, I reminded Moises that the app had not been working when I picked the truck up and that he helped us with the key in the box outside and just sent us on our way. We were so beat and overheated from the move and the AC wasn't working. Still, I ended up being overcharged and am an autistic person who receives services from Tri-Counties Regional Center for supports, I am living on SSI, working through the Department of Rehab part time to learn new job skills, and this was a very unpleasant experience.

The employee reluctantly helped get the truck rented to me. Then when I went to return the truck and hour early, I signed into my account that I was required to set up and it said I didn't have anything rented. Uhaul makes it super hard to rent their equipment. It is a shame.

The van was unlocked when I picked it up and had a bunch of cardboard boxes that were used for bedding. When I dropped off the van I told the receiving clerk about this and they said they would give me a discount but that did not happen

When I returned the trailer, it was a few minutes after closing and she was helping another customer unhook. I asked if she could help me unhook and she refused. She mocked me, called me names and then she and the other female employee watched me struggle to figure out the hitch while laughing then clapped when I finally figure it out.

Steve C.When we went to pick up the truck I notified the staff that I had received a call from the movers that were helping me were going to be a bit late, So the truck might be coming back a little later than I had originally stated. (I tried changing the return time for my order online and was not able to.) This was not acceptable to them and I felt threatened by the way I was responded to. I had also ordered moving pads and was told they had none to rent and I could purchase them. I was not happy with the customer service at the facility. The truck also had a check engine light on and though we didn't have a problem, I thought the equipment was suppose to be in good condition. I probably will not go to this location again.

JERRY B.I reserved a 15' truck for a local move. It was unavailable when I arrived for pickup and was offered a 20' truck at the same price. I appreciated the offer and understand these things happen, though I didn't need/want such a large vehicle. After a 19 mile return trip the gas gauge didnt appear to have moved and I returned the vehicle. I was charged for 5 gallons of gas, which to me seems like a pretty heavy overestimate. At 19 miles with a half-full truck on flat roads I think I would have used less than 2 gallons. The gauge was clearly misread to favor the dealer and left a bit of a gross taste like I was penny pinched. Oh well

Dean R.I was supposed to drop off my Uhaul at a different location, I got a call sunday stating my original drop off location was filled to capacity and had to drop off on thompson and san jon road, it was a little farther away. When I went to drop off I filled up the tank and cleaned the truck as much as I could and the guy told me I went over my mileage and had to pay extra on top of what I originally agreed upon even though i agreed to drop off the location they decided to send to me. I do a lot of moving up and down the state, i will no longer be using Uhaul for my moving needs.
