Not let the customer get one of the raggedy ones like I did, that was one of the raggliest trucks that I have ever rented from uhaul, customer service was excellent just not the truck. PLEASE GET IT SERVICED.RHONDA J.
Well for starters. I was double charged and have to wait for a refund. Paid online and then again at the store. The truck battery died when I got gas. Had to get a jump and bring the truck back for a new battery. This pushed my moving plans back a few hours. Which pushed my whole day back a few hours. I missed work that evening due to this. Extremely rude and NON helpful employees at this location. Truck BROKEDOWN and did not start AFTER we got truck loaded to go to the New location. It was the starter. It took Roadside Assistance 4 hours to show up and they could not fix it - they just tried to jump the truck. I had reserved an upright dolly 3 weeks prior to my move, and they said, "sorry, we have not had any type of dolly for months" I would have made other arrangements as had to move without one! You said you would not charge my account until the rental ended. I went home as saw the charge already on my Chase. When we returned the rental, the attendant said we used less miles than we paid for and an adjusted email would come. "We don't charge until the rental is complete" was said yet again. Well, when I returned the equipment, instead of helping me disengage and remove the trailer, they were washing their personal cars and refused to help me. After 10 minutes I finally got out and he told me to do it myself. This is so far out of bounds and so unacceptable that I'm going to be initiating a chargeback through Amex as you clearly don't plan to honor your end of this transaction. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even appeared to wait on me - the gentleman was very nice but didn't seem concerned that I had been waiting that long. I was then told that the vehicle was full but I noticed shortly after I left that there was just under 5/8's of a tank - I screenshot the gage and mileage and called Uhaul - still waiting to see if they corrected the contract and did nit charge extra for gas.Jeffery T.

For the second time in a row, the truck that was rented to me was filthy when I picked it up. This time, the truck was also in horrible condition. The air in all four tires was very low and no repairs had been made to the massive amount of structural damage that had been done to the truck previously. At least the employee that checked me in this time was very friendly, as opposed to my earlier experience. When I returned the truck, a little over an hour before closing time, I could find no one to check the truck in.Susan D.

I returned the van a day late. There was about $35 in overages. I offered to pay but the Uhaul employee told me that it would be taken out within 5-7 days. He said if I don't have the funds at that time then I would be charged a late fee. The funds were there but $65 was still taken out of my account. It's borderline scandalous to recoup late fees in this manner. I truly feel like I've been scammed and I'm going to complain to the fullest extent. I will NEVER use Uhaul againâ€¦JAMEL G.

My prior experience was great, but I called in advance and asked if the van I reserved would be ready for me to pickup. I was told yes, I'm good to go. I got there at 6am to pick it up and there was no van available. I rented a cargo van and the way it was parked at pick up made it difficult to pull out of the parking space. This location is on a busy street and I had to back out into traffic. Being to drive out of the space forward would have been much better.DAVID B.
The one person working was very nice and helpful. Due to there only being one though there was a line he was clearly working through as quickly as possible. One of the packets of blankets we rented was wet so we couldn't use it. Also the â€œequipment dollyâ€ is not the same as in the image. The one we received had a crank that kept getting caught on stairs when we moved furniture. That said the truck was great, the person to person service was great, and overall was a positive.BJORN K.

I get when things are busy, but the service from one lady was short and rude. I didn't like being ushered out and being told repeatedly that my receipt would be emailed in minutes. I wanted the vehicle to be checked in and inspected in case any 'issues/damages' were going to be charged. I wanted to be onsite to address them, if necessary. I do not like leaving things unfinished - just my personality. I don't think that is unreasonable. The bright spot was Jordan. He was extremely helpful, polite, and understanding throughout the check out and check in process. I'd rent from this location again solely because of how good he was to work with.KEITH M.

There is no parking for the customers. We had no idea where to park until we went into the store and found out what to do, that is, park in the cul-de-sac behind the store and accessible on another street. Very under staffed, manager/guy running front had a shitty attitude. Took for ever to check in. ON top of that at least 10 to 15 homeless people were getting high just hanging out by and on the trucks on the Wedgwood side of the building and some of the uhaul staff were seen over there with them smoking and hanging out.Ashley C.
