Very clean and equipment ready to go. Question on process. Even though I ordered on-line I had to redo all the paperwork when I arrived for pick up. Just curious why the paperwork is not transferred at time and location of pick up.

James CI was told that my one way rate would be what I was initially billed (around 145) otherwise I would have returned it to the same location on Tuesday for 145. I was ultimately billed nearly $300. I didn't expect that.
Daniel MWas told they would check my miles after I dropped it off. I could have got it online for nearly half price. The two guys that rented to me were using f bombs every other word. Guy helping took a personal phone call and continued to use F bombs every other word. It was very bad customer service and cost more than just getting it online.

Eric DThis location has a violent man hanging around it all the time and staff even commented that he's been an ongoing problem. This man shot a gun while I was passing him to get to the building and police arrived quickly. Also, there were no controls to move the side mirrors nor could I adjust them manually. That's very dangerous considering not everyone is the same exact height and I had to strain to see out of both of them

Julian SNo personality at all. Not friendly. Basically he told us where to pull. He unhooked it and said ok. No receipt of drop off. Only one person working. I felt like I was a bother.
Robert BThis was a convenient location for my daughter's in town move but the 10' truck cab smelled like someone had been smoking Swisher Sweets and has to keep the window down the whole move. Also the driver side visor would not attach and kept falling down in my view.

Heather PIt had poor signage for equipment returns. We had to wait a while for someone to acknowledge that I was there. When they finally did, the person was less than welcoming and was somewhat short and curt with me.
