I waited 10 minutes before I even found someone. My representative "checked" my trailer lights and five minutes after I left I had someone tell me the right turn signal didn't work. Would not recommend

Pick up was super slow. We ended up being an hour delayed in all from our plan as the delay of about 45 min there led to more delays for our move. Drop off was easy.

First of .. I had good service from this location .. anyway i rented the trailer which later on I found out that I received the wrong trailer. I called them right away and my answer was bring it back and we will do what we can which I drove 2 hours thru the storm for it to found out that they don’t have the one that I’m Looking for. Two employees.. one keep eating his pizza while providing the service to me and other one seem like still in training. I asked them for the correct one and reserved it for next day off that I will have. I asked them since I received the wrong trailer, will they take some responsible to compromise the price which the pizza employee told me to call manager in the morning. The next morning I called and explained what happened .. nothing had been said and I feel like I’m not going to push it to get my return but I switched the reservation time for next Tuesday on the right trailer ( I hope) Not sure what would you do if you were in my position.. would you try to get money back or press on like nothing happened. This location Is the only one that they have the trailer that I used so I couldn’t go any other place for it unless I decide to buy trailer.

Trucks need to have a ramp in all trucks and dolly. It was a nice place. Great Customer Services.

We did have a flat tire on the trailer on a Sunday morning, I was on hold to call it in for a long time and finally gave up. We were fortunate to het ahold of a friend from the local county park system and he called in a worker to come into the county shop to repair the tire so we could be on our way. Perhaps you should consider mounting a spare tire on the trailers. I am a AAA member, but they could not help us since we didn't have a spare tire.

The office is under-staffed. Only two employees dealing with a line-up of people, helping them both at the counter and outside in the lot. As a result, we did not get the dolly and furniture coverings that I had paid for. Unfortunately, this experience is typical of my encounters with Uhaul, but with no other options, I'm forced to put up with it.

Our Ubox wasn’t ready to unpack though we were told it would be, however the employee unloaded it from the carton for us while we waited which was much appreciated.
