The cab of the rental smelled like marijuana smoke. Also, I tried to do the mobile pickup and the review process took so long I ended up having to go inside to talk to a worker anyways. Otherwise, all good.

This location was great. would not recommend sending anyone to the location on Central. Website stated open til 7 pm. Sign said closed at noon on Saturdays.

Trailer had all sorts of issues. Both empty and under load the fillet would bounce and vibrate our full size pickup going faster that 45-50. We had to make the 217 mile trip that normally takes 3 hours in 5:30. We stopped multiple times to make sure that we didn’t have a flat because of how the trailer was acting. It would self loosen the lug nuts, they would be finger loose after 30 minutes of driving.

I had to call and fix my reservation three times because even though it says on your phone messages that you can change your information for pick up but you can't you have to cancel the whole order if something needs to be changed out. and according to staff putting a reservation on furniture dollies and appliance dollies is considered a first come first serve. Also none of the places that I confirm the reservation with we're able to correct in the system reservation made for the locations. the part that really pisses me off is that the driver side windshield was completely dirty and there was no windshield wiper fluid. I had to drive the vehicle with the dirty windshield I can't believe that it wasn't even cleaned prior to my use. This is extremely unsafe and needs to be corrected immediately if windshield are being clean for drivers to use their going to get an accidents. And they didn't even refill the windshield wiper fluid.

I rented a truck, could not fulfill my moving project due to back door getting stuck. Forcing me to remove all of my belongs out of the truck we had spent 1.5 hours loading, me and my girlfriend. We then took the truck back to the store and the employees working Aaron and another kid, made it as if it was my fault the door got stuck. They the told me “there is a specific way of operating the back door so it doesn’t get stuck”. Well if that is the case tell the renter of the truck or put it in writing where we can see the specific way of operating your equipment. Since I only was able to drive to one place load, unload at the same place, drive back to the store, I asked if they could split the amount. They again said it was my fault. I will never use you again. Penske hell even enterprise has better service.

I had to inflate the proper tire pressure on one tire, which only had 10 psi when I checked it because it appeared very low. Other than this the experience was positive.

The service at this location was prompt and very good. The staff did a great job of helping pick out the right ball hitch, hooking up the trailer, and going over the features and operation of the trailer. The equipment worked very well for us. In the past I've gotten propane bottles filled at this location, too. Overall, a very good customer experience!

I misread the sheet and return with not enough gas. I left and stopped to put gas in 3 times for a total of 26 dollars and the original 10 dollars. A total of 36 dollars. Gas gauge still read wrong. I returned and told them the problem. The gauge still didn’t read right until 15 minutes later. I ask to get refunded the extra gas because the gauge wasn’t working and they refused. I had copies of all the receipts. I have used u-haul for more than 30 years and this was the poorest customer service I have ever receive. I probably won’t be back.

Waited 45 mins to get a motocycle trailer. Girl kept me on phone k owing I was driving and almost got into an accident on the way to pick up a trailer because she needed my credit card to hold it. Catch 22. Driving and if I cannot stop on route to provide a card I lose trailer.

Try to make sure all support equipment requested is available at the scheduled pick up. Requested a furniture doll but none available at pickup. Get more of these type items? Is it possible to have a separate check in line for those, such as myself, who have already done all of the paperwork processing, etc., prior to their arrival? The person ahead of me had not done so and the wait time to be assisted took at least 20 minutes!!

Id rather be shot in the face then have to go threw this experience again. I've lost everything over this. You almost killed me keeping my insulin from me m this is so unfair. My stuff has been stolen once uhaul took it

I think the dollys should have some sort of locking mechanism when not attached to the vehicle just to prevent theft in case it needs to be detached for whatever length of time during the rental time. Only since theft is a huge issue in our city and state. Hunter Jay was very helpful

Realized that front tires were mis-aligned and had bald spots after getting truck home and loaded. I attempted to contact the local dealer, but was forwarded to national customer service. Customer service said they would massage the location and ask them to contact me, but I never heard back. They also never picked up about 5 calls attempting to reach them myself. Previously they had picked up all of my calls to arrange rental, etc. I have photographs of the tires and the alignment and lack of tread was a definite issue during the 2,300 mile drive.

The truck and trailer were clean but the steering wheel was filthy. It must have had the grime of 20 drivers before me. I worked on it for 30 minutes, every Clorox cloth coming back black as soot. I finally gave up after about 6 or 7 cloths. The center where we picked it up was fine. The rep was good at his job and got us on our way quickly. The truck performed beautifully but I hated the fact that there was no cruise control. That's pretty hard on the knee for 1500 miles. Uhaul is a good company and since I got a ridiculous quote for $28,000 from United to haul my stuff, when we did it with the biggest Uhaul truck and trailer for about $3000, it's kind of a no-brainer to use Uhaul. And by the way girls, I drove this truck and trailer the whole trip and you can too!

Have rented trucks from here service was good. This time the service was good but he had told us the tow dolly we were renting would work for the cars we were towing it did not work for any of them .when told about this problem on the return of the dolly that person was quite rude and denied that we were told that. We had to pay out more money to have the cars towed by a two company. They did not offer any compensation or even an apology.i will not recommend renting tow dollies from them because they do not know which ones work for the cars and they do request the year make and model of the cars you are moving.

9 out of 10 times I tried to access my storage to put stuff in/out, I was unable to do so. Due to the lanes being blocked by either uhaul trucks or employee cars. Even the day I moved out 12/26.
