Busy location on Saturday. Only 1 guy working there was a bit overloaded with customers. He did as well as he could, but he didn't have time needed to really spend time needed with each customer.

Being older I would of liked some sort of a receipt when I turned the trailer in. But the employee assured me that it was all checked in.

Would like to give an excellent because Caleb was very helpful but my car hatch butting no longer works because of the wiring harness work that was done to get the lights working. Harness and hitch were put on at a u haul service center in Hampton VA in June 2019 and have had issues ever since.

Caleb at the Winter Park is always reliable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Plus, his customer service skills are awesome. (My experience at another Winter Park location wasn't great). But Caleb is always great. In Tallahassee, Andrew did well at my dropoff location.

There was a light out, but they didn't care. I got charged for a full days rental and only used it half a day. But because I dropped it off after hours and forgot to do online check in, I was charged twenty something dollars more.

I use the self-pickup service. A long, tight row of trailers were left in front of the keybox, leaving only about a one foot space between the end and the wall to squeeze through to get to it. Once through, there was a little more space, but it was still tight (and, of course, I had to get back out the same space). Then, upon return, the key drop was advertised as near the customer entrance. It wasn't. It took about ten minutes to locate and was ultimately on a completely different building. It was signed well, but again, a bunch of trucks were parked around it hiding the signage and the slot. The process of renting and returning through the website was very straight forward and easy, but this location made pickup and return frustrating.

The 26 feet truck I had was terrible on the worst way. You can improve by getting the brakes fixed, getting new tires and getting an alignment on that truck; it's in desperate need before someone gets hurt. Fix it up. Thanks

Came to pick up truck, signed at 7/8 tank of gas and half hour later they had the truck running and waiting out front for me which was nice, but then they when I got in truck it was at 3/4. I dropped truck off at 3/4 cause that’s what I received it as and then was charged 15 dollars for not filling up to 7/8

I ASKED YOUR TELEPHONE REP. FOR THE SAME RENTAL AGREEMENT WE HAD ON A PREVIOUS RENTAL. INSTEAD SHE BOOKED ME FOR A ROUND-TRIP RENTAL IN WINTER PARK INSTEAD OF A 1-WAY RENTAL TO INVERNESS, WHERE WE LIVE.????? NOW YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPT. IS DUNNING ME FOR A 150.00 UPCHARGE BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN U HAUL. WILL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE AND GO TO COMPETITOR NEXT TIME.

Check out was great. Very friendly staff. Returning was a nightmare. Waited over 20 mins before anyone even came in to say anything. The man took my key and then checked it out 2 hrs later which caused me to be over charged. WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had renting something somewhere

U-Haul kept texting me saying that I had to have the trailer back by end of business. Even though I rented it for 24 hours. And then told me that I had to take pictures if I returned it after hours and upload them. There would be a $25 fee for doing so.

I was charged to a card that I never gave access to the company. Somehow my cashapp was charged the excess amount I owed but I never gave them my card info for that account. I only gave them my paypal card. Neither of these accounts are connected so I am concerned about how they got access to my other account. It seems shady and I'm concerned. My paypal was charged fully and I am over drawn by $7.49 and the charges to my cashapp were the same amount. Again my cashapp is NOT connected to my paypal. So I dont understand why this is happening.

General manager did not at all have any concern for customer safety or liability when having an issue with their trailers lights not working. When expressing concern that I could have had an accident his reply was extremely rude stating “well you didn’t crash, right? So we can give you 10 dollars off take it or leave it”. Had a gentleman witness with me how aggressive and rude the general manager was speaking with me and after another person witnessing it and asking for his boss he started to apologize. I will be calling the general manager to go through details about my experience. He offered to fix the wiring that his representative caused to malfunction on my vehicle and didn’t not even take any of information or set up any appointment about it either! I bet he forgot that to since he was in such a rush to leave after giving him much NEEDED concerns of my situation. Can’t believe that was a general manager I spoke to and was spoken down upon. I guess he thought I was an uneducated ignorant black woman when he was trying to lie and be extremely nasty with me. We live In a world where everything can be video recorded with our phones, this experience can go viral of how you guys treat and care about safety and people possibly being hurt.

Van was very dirty/ windshield filthy. Gas tank was between half and quarter but it was too late once I realized, I had already left the parking lot. The Van smelled like cigarette smoke so badly that I stunk when I got to my clients home to set up flowers.

Truck as dirty in cargo area upon rental and I did not believe this was a big deal. Upon return, I was charged a cleaning fee without a representative informing of the condition before charging me.
