MICHAEL GThis is the second time they've overcharged me when I dropped off my trailer.A day early?They didn't decide to check it into two days later and try to charge me an extra twenty dollar fee.I caught it.I called, I demanded a refund.I should not have to do this.I dropped the trailer off on the fifteenth, rented it on the fourteenth.It should have been checked in on the fifteenth by the young girl that helped me take it off the truck. I would say one times an accident 2 times not. And this is the second time when they get a trailer in it should be logged in immediately.Not tell you, you're good to go.You get in your vehicle and leave next time.I'm gonna demand paperwork.Thank god I took a picture.That's timed and damp stamp date and time

JERMAINE TUhaul was pretty gross inside. Cup holders were filled with some kind of sticky liquid from a previous user. I was able to get a truck rented with ease pretty quickly though. The rep was decent and walked me to the truck which was nice. Overall, got the job done for what I needed.

Ricardo PI rented a 10 foot truck for a few hours and the experience was very good! Easy process to get the truck and easy process to return the truck! Also fair price. The only improvement would be to tell cust. Where to bring truck when returning. No one gave me a hard time though I was a first timer.

PRESTON JMy rental was not available at my original location even though I requested 3 weeks in advance. I had to go further to pick it up. The person that called me to advise me of the location change was rude and had an attitude. Other than that service was great.

ROBERT LPoor customer service from the start. Luke (GM) stated mileage incorrectly and fuel gage. Both minor issues but on the wrong side. Damage to the fender prior, and ehen I requested a UHaul sticker, he ignored my request. I have pictures of any damage prior to rental. Since this was a 23 hour rental, and my HOA restrictions limits what I can park and where. When asked if I can park the UHaul at your location overnight, they stated no, due to liability. I'm the renting the truck, liability was accepted wherever I park! Wht wouldn't you allow a UHaul atca UHaul parking lot and pick up to use early AM? If this is the case, please chang your rules! When returning, I follow your rules on sign. No one comes out to start return for 10+ minutes! Too busy on his phone! Seriously poor customer service from start to finish!

EDMUNDO BI was scheduled for a 7:30 pick-up. Store didn’t open up until Arrived at 7:15 to get checked in and find the truck. Only to find the truck boxed in. No way to get the truck out at all. I paid the movers to be at my home at 7:30- only now there wouldn’t be a truck to load anything into. I had to wait until 9am to get anything situated. The 800-number had very nice people who tried calling the manager, but no one answered.

RICHARD SIt all began with a phone call yesterday morning, and Luke remembered me as a frequent flyer (antiques over here). Gabriella was gracious with finding my 15' truck; but wait, there's more... Nicholas checked me in and out --seamlessly. Brava and bravo, I could feel a team play, which is typically the sign of affirmative leadership. The cost was well under $100 and that included insurance. Well done.

JEFFREY DWe were told we had to take a trailer (6 x 12) that had to be used locally. The trailer was old and vibrated too much for comfort. I followed in another car and could see the drive shaft and right wheel vibrating on our way home when it was empty. We ended up calling the road side assistance line who made us pull over and take pictures to insure there was nothing broken. The determined that it was just old and we would be fine to drive it. We had been driving 55 miles per hour the whole time, but this cost us a lot of time to pull over and wait for instructions, submit pictures on line and wait for their analysis. Next time I am going to ask the age of a trailer before accepting whatever they make us take. I will insist on a newer one to keep from experiencing this again. The irony is that the entire back of the trailer says smoother ride...HA! It was just the opposite. I don't blame the person who rented it to us, because he said this trailer was "assigned" to us since we were just driving to Tampa and back. But next time, I'll ask for them to override the "assignment" if it is an older trailer. This one was 30 years old. It was clean, just not well enough maintained for a smooth ride.

Only down side was the truck was much harder to maneuver (gear shift, back latch, and ramp were all very difficult to use) compared to other trucks we’ve rented (Home Depot) that don’t charge mileage and trucks also have backup cameras that are very useful.

TRACY HI was out $60 dollars worth of fuel because they would not give me a credit for all of the extra fuel I returned the truck with. I was required to return it with 5/16th of a tank but returned it with 15/16th of a tank. I had no idea how much fuel I would use. Never dreamed they wouldn’t compensate me for the extra fuel. Not happy about that.
BRIAN MI was told that if I didn’t fold the blankets inside the truck that I would be charged $25. Ridiculous and unbelievable! We did it anyway.
