Employees have to be wearing a mask. Especially when they approach you closer than 6 feet. Only one had his mask but below his nose. The other guy had no mask on.

I never rate things like this, but I really did have one of the worst commercial experiences of my life at the Yuba City U-HAUL. The employees and customers were loudly making explicit, homophobic jokes as we were waiting in line. Worst, the employees and customers were not wearing masks in a global pandemic, while laughing, talking, coughing indoors. They then went on to make disparaging remarks about us for wearing masks. We live with folks in their late sixties. Disappointed by the exchange, and will find another resource with my future moving needs.

There could be more than one clerk checking people. The line and wait was the only negative part. I used the online pre checkin option to make things go quicker. That was great. But the wait at the store was still about 25 min

Your equipment should be checked prior to rental. Defective lights on rental equipment caused a delay in checkout and prolonged our work schedule unnecessarily.

the truck smelled of smoke and the wiring for lightings did not work- we were sent to another location for a dolly where we realized it had not been inspected. our trip was delayed hours because of this. also the employees did not wear masks

Normally everything is good to go but this truck was definetly older and there was a pack of cigarettes between the side of my seat and ash in the cup holder, I don't smoke but I could smell the remnants of it. Also the steering wheel was a little off so to drive straight I have to turn left a little bit, but it may have also been windy outside. Finally I have rented at least 6 trucks with uhaul recently and this was my first time dropping off after hours and I could not get the free return to wokr on my phone, it would not grab my location on my android, and my friends iphone couldn't take a photo. So I was lost on how to return the vehcile properly.

Your corporate office canceled my 26 ft truck he called told me I'm screwed and I got pissed hung up ten minutes later a email with my cancellation your corporate office is rude... had to use a trailer Yuba city was great ... saved the day with no help from corporate ass hats I'm gonna try n find another way from now on to move without you guys but if not Yuba city office will get my business

I am waiting still to get my credit to my card. I spoke to a rep about the 29th of Sept. who said a supervisor would be contacting me regarding it. I have never heard back. Its for a dolly never used and some gas credit. Also the drive of the truck said the transmission was not good in the truck and he could only drive 50 mph the entire trip Please contact me at 541-441-0161. Thank you Judy Perhacs

We were given a utility trailer with a hole in the tire. I would think tires would be checked before a rental is sent out. We did not notice until the trailer was loaded. I also think we should not have been charged for the rental.

Although the first vehicle I was assigned by the Self check-in App was not present at the location the App assigned me to a second, identical, vehicle. I was able to get the key from the employee in the office with a minimum of confusion and was on my way within about 30 minutes...Not perfect but well above average, Thanks U-haul

Clean the truck out. I found an unopened Slim Jim snack in the cargo area of the truck. There was a piece of paper under the driver seat that wasn't mine and a female's jewelry bracelet that wasn't mine. I brought those up to the employees attention when I was checking to make sure nothing fell under the seats. The back wheels looked very dirty from what appeared to be brake dust stuck to oil. Other than that the truck served it's purpose. Would only recommend this location as it is the main location in our area.

Reserved a specific Cargo van type the day before to ensure that the vehicle was available. I even completed the online check-in. When I arrived the next morning to pick up the van I was given a regular van ot the Cargo van I reserved. When I questioned the yard worker who pointed me to the van, I told him that was not the van I reserved. He insisted it was, since there was not another van available we took it. We are a bit dissatisfied since we had made an extra trip the day before to specifically reserve a Cargo van but were given a different vehicle on our arrival the following day. This is not the good Customer service we expect for return customers. We have rented at this location for years and have not had this issue before.
