Had issues with getting my unit because of U-Haul protocols. Needed a unit immediately Talk to a representative booked a unit only to find out it was only a reserve.then had to give my credit card information three more times. Stood in front of U-Haul for 4 and 1/2 hours on two phones one phone stayed on holed with the elevator music for an hour,BUT the representative that did answer took every step and stayed on the phone for an hour with me trying to figure something out Didn't get my truck unloaded until 24 hours later which costs more money,more help,more gas ,more time. I had no idea where to go when I got there. Getting into the building was confusing. I had no idea until I got there whether I had to go upstairs (spoiler alert I did) which was not ideal. Definitely would have preferred to interface with a person.Matthew H. | Online Move In

The code provided for the key lockbox was incorrect. The representative on-site didn't have a master key and was also unable to unlock the box using a code. I was offered a box truck as a substitute however by the time the transfer to that vehicle was complete, over an hour had passed from my original reservation time. I was required to pay movers for that time to sit in front of my house waiting for a truck. Because I chose to rent with Uhaul, the cost of my move yesterday was significantly higher than budgeted. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience.David D.

I would recommend going back to the old way where there was a service desk to help because the process online to check a vehicle in and out in a timely fashion was not efficient.terae K.
