James S | First ImpressionsMy items were taking from the unit I rented.( I'm pretty sure some of the staff knew who took it or had something to do with it)They have a back door policy so be very careful when storing your items. The customer service is very poor and most the staff lacks customer service skills. Be very mindful with doing business with them, they are very shady. God forbid something happens to your items, the insurance company they go through isn't all that great either, they don't return your calls and it's like pulling teeth because they lack the compassion and empathy to care because they're not going through it. Be very careful dealing with them.

Donte E | Online Move InNot that the staff were rude; she just made a major error in giving me a storage room that I did not rent and droping my insurance coverage without my notice or permission, and couldn't I do anything about changing it when I moved in because I had to leave for a different state. And the storage facility had so many mouse turds when I returned; whatever mouse repellant the used was not very effective at all, and I had to wash all my storage totes and items that had been on the floor. I'm also still waiting for a refund of a payment made and contacted about 12 days ago. I'll be following up again, but I was thinking I would have seen some type of action already.
