Personanel at the pick up location were decent. The entire uhual experience was NOT. Many issues including uhual giving me an original drop off locaiton that was almost 30 min south of where I moved to, when there was one showing 9 min from me, a leaky roof that made some of my boxes and belongings soaked, an older truck w/ a jerky older engine and alignment issues that should have been an in town rental, not across 2 state lines, constant texts about my equipment reservation not being met at my selected location, even AFTER I'd picked up my truck rental...etc. The uhual rental was not a good experience. The uhual drop off was.

We waited in line for 30 minutes while the one clerk tried help and the GM and another employee talked in the office about basketball at a volume all the customers in line could hear One of the waiting customers actually went and knocked on the office door The response was “I’m sure someone will be with you shortly “ Appalling Really really seriously the worst customer service experience I have ever had Will never rent from uhaul again Get your shit together God help the next customer It will not be me

Appointment was at 10am, didn't get out until close to 11am. Only one representative at counter with 3 customers waiting, while other representives in back room chatting away, not willing to come out to serve customers in line. The lone rep serving us did the best he could to process all of us through, but the lack of customer service was shows very poor judgement on the part of the store manager.

The Carson City location could not install my hitch and refer me to Reno. They got me handled inside an hour. Great service!

Manager (Christian ) appeared to be Very lazy. When I returned my truck I walked into the location office and he was sitting in a chair stocking one of the displays, not 3 feet from the check out counter he asked what I needed I said I was returning a truck he told me to go out to the storage lot and find the girl out side and she could help me . Why couldn’t he have not stood up and helped me.

Customer service was bad. the lady and the man I met there when i went to return the rented van were unprofessional and paid least attention to my needs. They were busy attending to three customers at the same time. Very poor customer service

The guy, Christian, at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful and doing his best for sure! But he was the only one working on a Saturday morning and we waited 30 minutes to rent our U-Haul as there was a line. More employees seem necessary for a weekend.

I am so happy with the results. I struggled getting gas back up to the 3/4 and they told me what I did was good. I am so grateful. Moving is stressful and they made me feel better

This place was apparently one of the only Uhaul locations with a running system. even so, I was rerouted to this location by Uhaul and it took considerable time to explain the situation so that I was given the credit promised and not actually charged more for dropping at another location.

Being a female it’s kind a hard to go and fill up in the gas station so I think to better your customer service you should be able to have the tracks tank full by the time we pick them up and then of course after I return it feel or pay whatever it takes to fill it up the difference personally it was very inconvenient I want it to get and go not stop and fill. But overall I was pleased to have gone to that U-Haul Location outstanding customer service.Christian the store manager he was so thoughtful helpful I was so afraid to drive He gave me a lot of advice and instructions show me everything one step at a time no rush and make me feel very save confident in myself so I drove 17 hours I got to San Diego California saved so I definitely appreciate the young men did for me it’s been along time since I had good customer service Usually is either they’re nice on the phone and when you arrive is a totally different personality and attitude sometime back I had a horrible customer service I get them very often lately. Sometime ago I Was in a supermarket I need it to fine something so I I ask a employee if they can help me find that item she had such a horrible customer service so I asked her if she volunteer for the store she replied no I work here why I replied to her because you act like you don’t get paid. So you see costumer service is the keep To stay in business Thank you again manager Christian keep the good work sincerely . M. Kruegel.

understand there are many cogs in the wheel but it seems like there was only one person working the counter while they were six other employees walking around. The process was very slow and did take an hour to complete an online rental. That being said everybody seemed to be doing something as in not standing around. There were two people in front of me and I think that was too long of time. The equipment was very nice and clean and very user-friendly.

More people working at the service counter would help. When I returned the cargo van, I was impressed with how quickly I was taken care of. However, I could feel frustration from those standing in line.

Customer service was very poor. Waiting at front desk for 10 minutes with nobody in the office. Another customer went outside to find someone to help all the customers in the office. Then when got check in at the front counter the person helping me asked another person in the back room if he should hook up the trailer or if they were going to. The person in the back room said he would. Long story short that person never even came outside and ended up hooking up the trailer my self other than a female worker getting the pigtail at the very end after she was helping someone else. Then when I pulled up to drop off the trailer in the drop off zone nobody came out so I unhooked the trailer on my own. When I went into the office 3 workers were all standing around and talking at the front desk. They asked me what I wanted (which I thought was obvious since I was the only one there and pulled up and unhooked a trailer). My last 2 experiences at Uhaul have been very poor.

Such a disaster. Originally scheduled a trailer pickup for 9am Thursday and then received a text message with a phone number to call to change that because there wasnt inventory at the original location and a nonworking link. Called the phone number and left a VM 4 or 5 times and never heard back from anybody! Had to go online to my original reservation and find a guaranteed trailer for 5pm. Then I show up at 5 and that trailer isn't there and the closest one is 2 hours away. I had to spend way more money then I budgeted for because I was moving at 6am the next day. I am still so angry about this entire process

The vehicle we got seemed old - over 60,000 miles on it - and the lights on the dashboard did not work, so could not see the speed, or gas amount nor anything on the dash at night - caused a real problem because we had to turn on the light in the cab to see the dash.

Be truthful dont give false information I was told my truck would be ready at 10am on 9/28 when I made my reservation on 9/23 then on 9/26 i got a message saying other wise but it would be at another location i called the other location they also werent aware i called my initial location and i was assured it would be ready bottom line when i went ro pick up my truck i was told it was cancelled because i swore at your personal my words were “this is BS” when i called and i was told my reservation was for 2pm when i had made ir for 10Am my worse experience ever i would never recommend you to anyone not even my worse enemy u-hall really needs to change the way they do service.

This is the best UHaul location in Reno, Nevada. If you are seeking short-term, or even long term storage, I would greatly recommend the UBox. Upon opening my box, everything was in perfect order.

Please go anywhere but uhaul. You will thank me! In Las Vegas, NV and in Reno, NV I had horrible experiences! They will not take out your Ubox on the days you reserve them to, water Damage

Rude employees, nobody knows their job l, they over charge and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with uhaul!!! My stuff had water damage in my ubox as well!

I will never use or recommend UHAUL again. One single reason. John Hernandez. The boxes arrived at UHAUL 5/4. No attempt was made to contact me until 5/17. I had to call UHAUL. There more but no room.
