I wouldn't recommend this location if you can at all help it. Very short staffed lose keys and continue to charge you day after day and then oops they find the key, they give you a gas tank 3/4 the way full showing it is full… And you'll wait forever to be served. With that said, I have to give them grace all of this comes by saying they are understaffed because nobody really wants to have a job.

The customer service I had was fantastic at each location and on the phone. The fact that 24 hours before my pick up UHaul changed my truck, didn't have the size I needed, and I ended up with a smaller truck and trailer which were dropped off at two different locations - not so fantastic. Had I been given more notice, I could have made other arrangements. As it was, it created a lot of extra stress, which wasn't needed moving to a different town on the other side of the mountain. Quite frankly, I am hesitant to use UHaul again.

The parking area is so congested it was hard to park. The handicapped space was blocked with boxes. The inside of the store is so crammed up it is hard to get around. The salespeople were great but the physical space is so difficult and unattractive, I would not recommend this location.

The service is consistently slow. Generally I walk in to a line of two to three people. My recent times in I have had to wait to be served for about 15-20 minutes. Then I go outside to get the trailer loaded up(and there is only one person outside) and wait another 10-15 minutes. My total time at uHaul was 45 minutes. And this was a normal length of time compared to my previous visits. It's disappointing that I have to spend so much time to pick up a trailer.

I almost was not able to get the size storage unit I reserved a month ago. There were 5 different people on the list for the same size (5x10) and there was only one unit available. I just so happened to be the first to check in. Now the other 4 people will not get the unit they reserved. This system makes no sense. Why would u-haul let you reserve a storage unit and then not have any available?? The system should show when units will be available and only allow you to reserve accordingly. The same goes for the trucks and trailers.

This is not a complaint about the employees, they seem to be trying hard but clearly lack the guidance needed from management. They also seemed to be struggling with using faulty technology. The last few times I've reserved trailers, I reserve online, check in online and then have to wait in the line in the store for an hour this last time and around 2 hours the time before. It seems that this process could be streamlined significantly. Due to the slow turnaround times, the customers in the store are visibly agitated, frustrated and straight up rude. Customers are directing rude comments to the employees. To have to work in that situation just straight up sucks. To have to come to work and endure ridicule, rude comments day after day, can be really demoralizing. If I was the owner of this store, I would want better for my employees. Fix the process, it's BROKEN! Owner, Manager work in the store with your employees to see what they have to deal with, find the flaws and fix them.

Associate could talk through more of the features of the truck with you at the truck so any questions that come up could be answered quickly easily and reminder to fill out condition of equipment link before leaving, I didn't realize because I didn't check my phone before leaving.

Computer system down, wrong orders swapped around, a near wasted trip from Corvallis to Bend even with a reservation. Wrong trailer size. Non working lights and signals. I think the question is... what went right?

Was delayed more than an hour with the excuse that the trailer I had reserved was not on site. Checked the lot and there was one right in front of the entrance. Still took more than 30min to get me on my way. Staff seemed overwhelmed...

I recommend you make the reservation on the phone. The website changed my pickup location (different than I chose). I had to cancel it and rebook on the phone. The local folks at UHAUL were great. Brenda and Dominic helped me with check-in, hookup and return. Great job under a lot of pressure from an extremely bust day.

The employees could not open a cash drawer for another customer and the manager (Mike) was reluctant to come up front to help the employees. There were 4 groups of people in line waiting to be helped. One employee called over the radio that they were "tits up" because they couldn't get a cash drawer open. Also, it was difficult to phone in and get any basic information about cost and return of a trailer without giving a ton of information.

Called to reserve a trailer in Hillsboro, Or from the hub center. Told me that one was available. I had to drive from Bend, Or to look at a car. This was 9am. I get a call from a agent saying it was available anymore 8 hours later. Long story short with 15 minutes to close I physically drove to the Uhaul to verify the trailer was there and my name was on it. A little inconvenienced to have to verify the trailer was there. I still had to take a empty trailer to Tigard not knowing if the car I was getting was worth it. Bend store was amazing and efficient. The phone process is dumb.

The return was easy. The young man receiving our vehicles was kind and considerate and proficient at doing what he does. Uhaul promotes great customer service in their employees.

Even though I pre-checked-in per the email request, I still had to stand in the same line as people who walked in to make a reservation or had not done any pre-check-in. I waited 40 minutes to pickup a trailer that should have taken 5 minutes. Mask usage was not enforced in the facility at all, particularly when 2 customers who were obviously regulars came in and stood around because they wanted to pay in cash and the cash drawer wouldn't open, leaving them inside the entire time I was there. It's inappropriate to allow customers or workers to be inside without masks on - not only is is against the law, it's rude to other customers. And, since it was the manager who was helping them to resolve the issue, he was well aware and should have taken steps to mitigate the failure to wear masks. Lastly, the manager was not even apologetic for the 40 minute wait time - terrible customer service.

I had to check out after closing. I was at the correct location (where I picked up the equipment) but the locale website would not recognize me being there. After many tries and changing all my location settings, I called your 800#. I was on hold for another good half hour, standing alone, at nighti in the dark and cold. The phone attendant finally answered and was very helpful.

Over charged us by $45 and we had to call back for a credit. Your advertising is pretty polarizing - and set customer's expectations at a reasonable price point. The reality - for a 4 hours rental, 15 miles, and a set of blankets, you will pay 3x that amount. Just an FYI

The particular trailer I rented was a bit older this time, 6x12. It also leaked some in the rain we had here this weekend. I told the guy there about it. Nothing was immediately obvious (already removed the cargo, a few boxes and chair got wet), it was cloudy but no rain.

Tried to drop off at this location after hours the same day I rented the trailer and the Uhaul.com/share app did not work, (could not find the order.) Had to leave and stay over noght in Bend and came back the next morning. The crew at the drop off was very good but your web site and the Uhaul app need a major rework because they both suck for a after hour return.

Since customers need to reserve and input all information online, why do we still need to stand in line when picking up and giving all the information all over again? Uhaul should eliminate having to stand in line all over again. Also, advertising $19.95 rental and paying over $70.00, is a huge difference

Follow State guidelines and wear masks. One man who was in and out in the morning didn't even try to put one on. My truck got turned around from a previous renter right before me and no one did any cleaning of the interior. I used my own supplies to clean inside the truck. The counter help didn't have a mask, he had a bandana that kept falling down. I can't tolerate People that blatantly disregard guidelines. The Monday morning staff was pretty blatant in their disregard.

Very long (6-7 transactions), slow moving line of customers made getting to my reserved storage unit a 20 minute project. This was in part due several of the transactions walk-in transactions with little prep, research, or pre-registration done. The U-Haul rep, Michael, did a good job of trying to deal with this situation.

Was easy to get storage the same day. Was the only place that was open and easy to deal with on a Sunday. No contracts so it was easy to close our account once the storage was emptied out too. The only thing I would recommend is making the website a little more user friendly for online pay. This was the only bill I have had to call and pay over phone every month because the website wouldn't do what I needed and then I didn't trust it to take my payment and apply it correctly. I use apps, phones, electronic payments and all those things all the time so I am not technology illiterate. Other than that the service was a breeze and easy to deal with

Please install sand paper anti slip grip tape to all your trucks. I slipped and fell and hit my head outside my storage unit 130.. if i had been seriously injured I would have grounds for a lawsuit!!
