Everything was great. Just a suggestion : my schedule pickup time was 9am to 1pm. I stood in line for a good 20/25 min. By the time my receipt was printed, it said 9:28 or 9:38 (I can't remember exactly) but my drop-off time stayed at 1pm. I lost a good half hour of moving time that I paid for. If check in takes 30 min, then I think check out time should be a adjusted accordingly. It wasn't my fault that the the credit card reader wasn't working and poor employee had to call the customer's wife (customer ahead of me in line) to get another credit card to manually run it, etc etc. I was there prior to 9 to avoid any delays and was still delayed 30 min. Or, get another person at the desk to check in customers... One person is certainly not enough especially if there's a difficult customer situation holding everything up. Kudos to the employee at the desk for keeping his cool while a line built up.

The self check-in system is a horrible experience. It took me almost 30 minutes to get through the process due to the service agent being unresponsive. I could have gone through the counter agent twice by the time I was done with this process. Horrible to say the least.

We were delayed loading the truck and had to park it overnight. Next day went to finish the job and the battery was dead. Notified U Haul at uhaul .com/ help and were told help was coming. After two hours waiting we called a local towing company and paid fifty dollars for a jump. Fat chance we'll ever see that fifty bucks again. A six our job turned into a two day ordeal.

Check out was very unprofessional. Employee chomping on his lunch while helping customers at the counter. Truck was very dirty, especially the windshield and mirrors. The return was chaotic. For an end of month busy Saturday (as the check out employee kept sighing) they need more employees scheduled to handle the rush.

Location is convenient and stocked with necessary supplies. Staff are friendly and hard working. Problem is you don't have enough of them (staff). Morning time is a busy time in this store, and it is inefficient on two major levels. One, not enough staff. This requires them to multi-task in inefficient ways that commonly pulls counter staff away from the computer to deal with issues in the yard. Second, your staff would be way more efficient if they carried two way radios to communicate from the counter to the yard. Too much running back and forth to convey information. Again, I like this location. The staff are hard working and friendly, but management needs to get their act together and hire more staff.

I love this location. The staff know what they are doing. They are quick to get you checked in/out. No nonsense. The truck I rented this time quite noisy. The visor was broken. I was fearing a breakdown, but it did make it through the day. Overall, very good.
