I'm giving this a 5-star due to the fact that an issue I had was not related to this facility but to U-Haul itself. I reserved a 15X20X8 but while they did have this size unit, none were available but I was able to reserve it nonetheless. They are working to resolve this U-Haul issue.David J. | First Impressions
Hi I actually didn't end up using the unit and called u-haul less than 24 hrs later to cancel. The help line said to go to the store and they can refund you if you hadn't used it yet. That worked out fine but I was still charged 9.95 for a lock that I never received? I'm not sure if the lock was already attached to the unit because I never went to unit itself. All I know is I have a charge for a lock that was never given to me. I would please like a refund or lock, either way is fine. Thank you and have a great day. My storage unit was broken. Told them & still never was fixed properly. Someone could’ve just pushed in the rolling door. Finally just closed it out after a few months of this. U-Haul's website allowed me to reserve the largest storage unit when booking, but I was told there were none available when I checked in, due to the website not screening out unavailable units. Unit 038 needs to be sealed up. The reason I moved out is because dirt comes in under the door. It’s not sealed up. Not just a little dirt. The floor is covered. All of my stuff is completely covered in dirt.. this unit is the worst that I have ever rented anywhere.James K. | Overall Experience

We were told 2 storage units were reserved for us. After driving from Montana to Bend, OR ... we were told there was only one unit available. We had to go elsewhere.RICK K. | First Impressions

I almost was not able to get the size storage unit I reserved a month ago. There were 5 different people on the list for the same size (5x10) and there was only one unit available. I just so happened to be the first to check in. Now the other 4 people will not get the unit they reserved. This system makes no sense. Why would u-haul let you reserve a storage unit and then not have any available?? The system should show when units will be available and only allow you to reserve accordingly.
