U-Hal from Corvallis at 5th Avenue, amazing staff there Lukas is very good work and more responsible , this company is so amazing with active person like Lukas work there and give all information and honest with customer , I will back to use service there again and would like to tell many friend know there is the best place to rent truck , please ask for Lukas because he is amazing work and friendly with customer.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable staff. I only needed a trailer for the day. The check in process has about 20 questions and a multitude of options. I reserved online and was able to checkout in about 5 minutes. Connecting the trailer took another 5 minutes. Returning was even faster. I pulled up and one of their staff unhooked the trailer, asked if there were any problems. That took two minutes and I was on my way. Overall it was very efficient. My total cost was $18.95 😁

The person who helped me was knowledgable and quick. No problems. The woman helping the couple next to me did not have any idea what she was doing. The people were very patient with her but it was obvious they were frustrated. With all the people looking for jobs I am surprised she is employed there. That is why I gave an average rating, although my experience was positive.

The oil is very weird! When I got the truck, it showed only 15 miles I could drive on the screen. It's pity I forgot to take a picture! System said there're 1/4 oil on the beginning. I don't think that's true. When I drove 8miles, I added 10 dollars oil, and the screen showed around 30+miles. When I returned the truck, it showed 20+ miles. So, it's more than when I got the truck. However, a female staff said there're only 1/16 oil left. That's really weird! You guys also told us we drove 14 miles. However, I paid 10+26 dollars for oil in total for the 14 miles! Is that possible? Hopefully You guys can fix the oil shown in the screen and the percentage(/). Hope it will match.

We use this location regularly for daily usage. It is always understaffed, so be prepared to wait! But those who are here work incredibly hard and are accommodating.

Got hit with a fuel charge that did not seem reasonable. The fuel gage in the truck does not show small increments - yet somehow the clerk determined that I was 3 gal short. I was told the truck gets 10 mpg, given the light load we had, I put in 10 gallons for the 100 miles I drove. Somehow this truck got 30% worse mileage. This kind of nickel/diming does not a happy customer make.

Make sure you rent a big enough truck for all your stuff!! Customer service was great and price wise i will rent from there again when needed or refer customers.

The pick truck I rented was great. All went well until I returned the truck to the UHaul office, where staff found a two-inch scratch down to the metal on the side of the truck. No sweat, I thought. I had purchased the insurance recommended by the UHaul agent. Imagine my surprise when I was then handed a $150 charge for the scratch. The scratch was deep enough to appear deliberate. A passerby on the street? A careless person in a parking lot? No matter. My responsibility since the truck was under my care. However, to buy insurance and then pay that much is outrageous.

Actually I was impressed with the service, at least the gentlemen that helped me. Made it easier than expected. Only issue was trying to pay. The credit card/debit machine was not working or syncing up. He had to take my card and enter in manually.

I was driving the whole day before picking up our containers. I received an email from Uhaul saying I could show up between 12-6pm. When I showed up at 4:30 pm they had cancelled my reservation because I didn't pick up the phone while driving. They were able to make a new reservation, but it was a source of temporary stress that wasn't needed.

I was not expecting to have to get the truck out of a very tight parking space where the side mirrors overlapped. I had to go get one of the guys to get it out. Then when I drove the truck, it sounded like the transmission was going out. Going uphill was a challenge, & when I told him at the end, he said I was accurate. This truck was one of the oldest for in-town use only. Also, there was suppose to be a quarter of a take of gas, but going about 5 miles and the gas light came on. I got gas then & I am glad as I wouldn't have made it to the destination. I also had to get gas at the end as the truck used gas like it was water. Not my best experience at this site to say the least. Thanks for asking.

Organization told to us about our drop off in AZ seemed pretty easy. Once we got there seemed like an unorganized dog and pony show with texts coming even today 11/14/19 that our truck needed to be turned in which happened 2 days ago to another address. Tried to talk to people on app another story there with app working.

The truck had brake issues during issues and exhaust issues I had to call customer service 4 times they told me they would pick the truck up they never did then I had to drive it myself having my class a of 19 years and I will never use you haul again they're horrible a quipment extremely unsafe again I have my class a for 19 years.

The web/cell phone app did not work for out-of-hours return. It never sent me required password help, etc. It was a HUGE pain, and really made me wonder about if U Haul is serious about making things work for its customers. the folks in Corvallis were great.

The mat on passenger side in cab of truck had white spots on it that I didn’t see when I got in cab to drive after my initial inspection. Upon return I responded no to question about it being for another family solely because of those spots and I was charged $25 cleaning fee. This and all locations should have at least one employee there who walks with customer to inspect trucks.

A U-Haul branded lock mysteriously ended up on the U-Box I had shipped from West Virginia. Employee was discourteous, and $69 was added to my credit card for "STORAGE" and "BASIC INCOME".

My experience at the Corvallis store was wonderful. I would never recommend UHAUL to anyone. As a company, UHAUL has too many communication errors between offices & between people of the same office.

Transportation costs quoted were from a third party provider and inaccurate and incomplete. Damage from rats and mice from chewing and waste to personal items is extensive. No disputes, just subpar.
