So, let me first say that I understand the need for rules for safety, that aside, the attitude of a certain female is so condescending that I will only return to this store if it is a last resort. Customer service is last on her mind. Luckily I didn't have to deal with her and the younger gentlemen I did get to help me was very nice. The processes and computer system being used is very time consuming and creates long lines. It took me, with a reservation from the previous day witch took over an hour, 50min. to pick up the trailer. Returning was very fast though. Compared to the uhaul on Hoffman road in Independence, I was driving away in 5min.

Everything was fine, except I didn’t get the furniture pads I ordered, and the charge wasn’t removed as requested. The agent took care of that when I returned the equipment.

Everything was really nice and clear. With 1 policy exception...Stop with the return to a specific fuel level, it's a waste of people's time! You make people try and calculate how much fuel they use? WASTE OF TIME! I had to fuel up twice to try and get back to 3/4 of a tank, and the attendant had to help. Waste of time! Make everyone return full, thatg's a no brainer! Trying to calculate to a specific point is a futile effort, STOP IT! You're wasting people's time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had- online system in unreliable, booking system for movers doesn’t work correctly, charges were taken out of my account days after my move & I have no idea why... never bothered to call because your customer service is atrocious. Thanks for being such a thoroughly horrible company.

I was the only customer waiting, and I stood and waited standing there in front of 3 employees for over 17 minutes !! One guy was discussing installing some equipment with the manager and then left, another was helping a lady, and the owner/manager "Brent" was on the phone with "the warehouse" discussing some hitch that they didn't send but back ordered. The warehouse was "looking" for the hitch, after a 15 minute search, the local store manager told them that the customer (who had left 10 minutes earlier) had agreed to buy a smaller but adequate hitch. TOOK 15 MINUTES TO TELL THEM TO FORGET THE PART !!! Beautiful, excellent facility but horribly bass-ackward customer service. I'll go to Albany if I need another trailer in the future. The hook-up guy, Robert, was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. He was everything the owner was not. Solution: If you are just sitting there on hold, after a minute or two how about you start the next customer's order. Mine was all reserved on-line so there was nothing to it. Stand there waiting for 17 minutes ??!! Extremely POOR business practice.

Rented for 8 hrs. Returned at 8 hrs and charged a service fee tried to call and discuss this. Spoke to some one placed on hold waited 15 min gave up. Unprofessional. I also got pads they forgot to give me Tried to return as directed. Count your pads befor u leave They May be off so you can up charge. I was not told of after hrs return fee when I rented it. I didn’t have a damage waiver to go over the truck. They said I didn’t need one by paying insurance. I did not accept insurance. Had to get damage stickers placed on the truck for existing damage. Not smooth. Training and customer service needs work. I would like a recording of my phone call of 15 min of silence

Sales associate was rude about asking for the trailer back after only needing it for two (plus) hours. He did not understand nor have good reasoning to explain why the trailer could not be borrowed for the advertised 24 hours when the charge is the same for 1 or 24, and patronized my brother and I for even asking. When returning, he said, "See, you didn't need it that long." I definitely could have used it for other trips if I had it overnight and he was not very cooperative, and had no sense of hustle to check-in the trailer. The customer (lady) he was chatting up for several minutes after doing their procedural paperwork probably wrote him rave reviews. : /

I purchased the insurance so when I suggested we do the walk around, the front counter staff member said we didn't need to since I purchased the insurance. So I got in and drove the truck the 15 miles to where I was meeting someone else to purchase furniture. I got out and went to open the back door. Problem was there was a large padlock on the back door. I tried the Uhaul call center and that lady was rude and had an bad attitude from the beginning, and kept interrupting me. She then said the best she could do was leave the manager a message and that I should wait for the manager to call me back--of course that never happened. She was not even able to confirm or deny whether the lock was a Uhaul lock or from the previous renter. So We tried bolt cutters--but they were too small. So I drove back the 15 miles to the Uhaul location and was told by the attendant outside that he couldn't help me now--I then finally got help from the front desk staff member who went out and confirmed that the lock was a Uhaul lock that should not have been on the truck and he took it off. I have rented several times from this location and not had issues. This was a horrible experience today that has eroded my trust in the staff at the location. The call center lady needs to either be retrained or fired--she was absolutely useless.

My credit card company charged my card an additional 10% and I blamed your associate for the extra charges. Even after I was quite rude, your associate handled the situation with nothing but professionalism. After contacting my credit card company and verifying they were responsible, I called back to apologize to your associate. He was very kind and completely understanding as to why I was upset. Kudos to him for being such an awesome employee. His actions go a long way and I will recommend this facility to everyone I know. Again, my sincerest apologies for my behavior and thank you for the wonderful service.

They tried to charge me for damage that was already on the truck - even though I purchased the protection plan. They also didn't have the truck ready for the 24/7 pick up as planned. If I ever go back I will take photos of the entire vehicle and then dispute every little thing they say. I think they are trying to double bill the customers for damage or they are incompetent in checking in the vehicles.
