Truck body had a lot of dead grass I had to blow out, but cab was good. The young woman who checked me in and out was helpful and sincere. The guy who seemed to be a manager was leaving for the day but actually stopped to come help me adjust the truck's mirrors, saving me time. That is good service!

Horribly unhappy with my experience. I called to see if I could drop off my rental 2 hours late and the woman who was incredibly rude told me it would be a $30 fee. I was fine with that, however they billed me for $65 (they charged for all of the miles during the entire rental). There was no mention of this on the phone. Really, really frustrated and do not plan to use uHaul, especially this location ever again.

Paul and Eric were wonderful to work with. Both of them were very helpful. We had a family emergency and hadn't booked in advance and they went to great lengths to help us out. Very compassionate.

Eric was extremely helpful and he went out of his way to get me hooked up to the car transport. Great job

The online customer service and the regional dispatch center were HORRIBLE, but I don't see an ability to rate them here. I also had to wait almost 45 minutes to pick up my equipment in Corvallis, but the staff was cheerful and pleasant...just extremely busy.

Every thing was great at this end as well.

Like most Ihaul centers not enough counter help to expedite transaction during pickup; even after using pre-pickup registration that is supposed to speed things up. No shorter wait than just walking in

It would be nice if they could disconnect my driveshaft 4 bolts

Please make it clear to customers that the pickup trucks with the towing hitches do not have brake controllers, only the electrical connection to brake lights. I received some erroneous information over the phone.

Everyone at this location was excellent they did a great job. But I called the 1 800 number to the head office and I called it twice and both women I talk to her rude. I was very unhappy with that I was trying to get the truck extended a day and both of them refuse to do it. Then I called the U-Haul in Albany and was looking for a different Rental Truck and he told me that fits Street had it truck that I could rent for an extra day and I asked him if I could extend mine to another day and he said yeah I can do that as long as you promise you'll have it back before 9 in the morning so I took it back last night when we got done I did not appreciate either one of the women they didn't even try and help me.

All went smooth, no issues or hassles.

I used the self check out. Unsure if I will use it again unless I need to. The normal check out would potentially be quicker. I see an issue of missing dents and scratches and being charged for them. I missed some damage and ignored some I thought to be too minor to note. I was not charged but see the danger of it. Most rental car companies would have ignored the amount of pre existing that I did not note. Good concept though.

They might have taken the time to ask how everything went. I would have been able to tell them about the fuel tank.

This was my second experience at this location, better than the first, when I was asked to pay $14.00 in fuel for a 5-mile rental because I hadn't double checked the gas gauge!. So this rating is a combination of 1) poor and 2) above average this time. Even so, I requested the truck at a different location and only discovered an hour before the pick-up time that I had to drive another mile to the site I was trying to avoid. And then the reservation wasn't correct, which the agent confirmed once he found it. It may seem small, but it's strange that my choice of location was only a 'preference', not necessarily to be honored. I wonder if and vehicle efficiency outweigh customers' needs and satisfaction? Fortunately, the service was better and more courteous this time.

We are very happy with our experience with the Corvallis U-Haul office. We would work with them again. However we are very disappointed in the corporate U-Haul office for not knowing that their Albany office would be closed on our return date. Also, not recognizing that our rental was returned back to the Corvallis office the same day we rented. This resulted in a phone call from another Albany office calling to inform me that my rental was late. A big corporation should be able to track store hours and truck numbers wherever they are at. Another thing that was frustrating is I was never connected to the Corvallis office directly and only talked to corporate people.

Acutally assess the existing damage on equipment with the new customer prior to completing the initial rental event. This is slow and tedious, so if not to be done, then U-Haul should assume ownership of any and all damage that is not "new". How that is determined may be looking at oxidation / dirt on damage. I did get the form and filled it out, but then nobody took a copy. I'm glad they trust me, but am a bit surprised. Photos would work well and are easy with today's phones.
