This location needs more employees. There was always a line of customers, and 1 guy doing it all. I could tell he is overwhelmed, rightfully so. Took over an hour to pick up our reserved trailer. Trailer smelled and was dirty.Kerry B.

I picked a location closer to home, I wanted to use a pick-up. I got a call from a manager that the only pick-up in the area was at that location. An extra 15 min drive. I was okay with that because I really needed a pick-up. Once at the location, they told me there were no pick-ups left and all they could offer was a moving truck. If all I was going to be able to get was a moving truck then I would have stayed at a location closer to me. The staff was very nice about it, just more of an inconvenience with the online scheduling systemIvana R.
The team at this location is top notch. I think they generally could use another team member on shift but the single person that is there always juggles the balls with skill and precision. Not once have I witnessed a dissatisfied customer while I was there.Jeffrey E.

Extremely organized and ready for my arrival. Met me at the car as I drove up and knew who I was. Trailer was waiting for me. Very efficient with paperwork inside, price was fantastic, and I was in and out in no time. I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. I almost froze to death trying to return the truck. My phone was close to dead and I had just been at the carwash washing out the back of the truck. When I returned the truck the instructions on how to return it were very hard to find. After 15 min I found a scan code to scan for returning truck. My pants and shoes wet from washing out the bed I began the hour long journey of signing up and taking picture. Thoroughly frozen I barely made it home and stayed cold the whole next day. Mild hypothermia and slight frostbite. On top of that I had a coupon for 25$ off my truck rental that didn't work. And I belive the price was twice as high as it should have been. My previous truck was twice as big, drove twice as far, and I had it twice as long. Yet I paid the same for this last 10footer as I did that one. Lastly your trying to double up again on me by charging me twice. I paid for the truck when I rented it. So what is going on? If anything I should be refunded bare minimum of my coupon that doesn't work.James F.

The young lady who was helping us seemed to be new and in training. She was alone and had a question about which truck we could get. When she called her manager, Naythan Fahey, to help answer a question he appeared to be on his lunch break. He came back in the building (mask-less) said "what did you f*** up now" and pushed her to the side. He continued to belittle her and cuss inappropriately and never put on a mask. It was clear she was not fully trained to be left alone and the manager was verbally harassing her during our entire visit.tyler C.

I rented a 20' moving truck . I was in and out of the lot in record time , just a matter of a few minutes. Returning the truck was easy and just took about five minutes. Bill was very friendly and professional, gave me very nice service .Steven H.

The Uhaul employee that "helped" me was completely clueless. I was overcharged and when I asked her to refund the charges she informed me she hadn't been trained on returns or refunds. She said it would take a couple days before I saw the return back in my account. Well it's been 9 days and still no refund. When I called the 1800 number I was told the refund had already been processed and i needed to contact my bank. After contacting my bank today I was told they never posted a refund.ERICA JOANNA W.

The site is a bit confusing. I had a heck of a time pulling into the space on one side of the street only to be told I had to drop off the trailer on the other side of the street. It was all fine, and the staff was super helpful. It just would have been nice to know that I had to go across the street immediately. I don't drive with a trailer often, so anything tricky I have to do is stressful.Peter D.

I have rented from this location before and will again. However, this time whoever had the truck before us had a cat in there that sprayed the front window(3Ã—). Turning on the defrost was more then unbearable. The stench of the truck was something I cant describe as we rode with both windows down and welcomed the smell of the dump instead. I wish I had the time to exchange it so I could of finished running my errands. During these crazy times having shared equipment cleanliness is very important.KARINA C.

Had the greatest experience at your facility located on Foster Rd. The General Manager, Willie Landingin Jr. worked with me on a prorated payment, as the monthly payment came out less than a week prior. My step-son had a similar situation at another storage facility, and they just flat out refused to help him or work with him. That's exactly why I will always do business with U-haul.
