The Uhaul employee that "helped" me was completely clueless. I was overcharged and when I asked her to refund the charges she informed me she hadn't been trained on returns or refunds. She said it would take a couple days before I saw the return back in my account. Well it's been 9 days and still no refund. When I called the 1800 number I was told the refund had already been processed and i needed to contact my bank. After contacting my bank today I was told they never posted a refund.

The site is a bit confusing. I had a heck of a time pulling into the space on one side of the street only to be told I had to drop off the trailer on the other side of the street. It was all fine, and the staff was super helpful. It just would have been nice to know that I had to go across the street immediately. I don't drive with a trailer often, so anything tricky I have to do is stressful.
I will be using this location and vendor for all my Moving and storage needs, Well done folks
I have rented from this location before and will again. However, this time whoever had the truck before us had a cat in there that sprayed the front window(3×). Turning on the defrost was more then unbearable. The stench of the truck was something I cant describe as we rode with both windows down and welcomed the smell of the dump instead. I wish I had the time to exchange it so I could of finished running my errands. During these crazy times having shared equipment cleanliness is very important.

Every time I use this store I'm amazed with how kind and helpful the staff is. They went above and beyond again. While in front of me they were advising another customer how to save money.
Why would you open on the last Sunday of the week with one employee? I was there at 8:30. Store opened at 9:00. I was pre registered and still didn't leave until almost 9:45. The sole employee did the best she could.

The phone answering system probably benefits U-Haul generally, and maybe the staff at the location, but it's too long and complicated. I did not want to enter the store during this Covid pandemic. (Even with everyone masked, exhalations from every person who's been in the store for the past several hours, or several days, is STILL INSIDE THE STORE! Masks only project your exhalations back ward, protecting people in front of you.) The very considerate and patient and understanding manager helped me navigate the complicated confusing online U-Haul Share site. Maybe easy for you. Not easy for me. He was great and I really appreciate his help.

Usually the truck gets pulled up forme but this time the man said, "its way over there." Pointing across the street to a parking lot with 12 uhauls and then he said. " just look for the number." The young man wasn't exactly rude but he wasn't very professional. And its been 3 days and I still haven't recieved my refund.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Easy to rent and had what I needed.
Have a way for someone to post a video of the trailer before the leave. That'll keep all honest about dents or scrapes. Take headache out of “whom did whatâ€. Nothing prompted this but it came to mind as a smart option when doing the check list of the trailer condition.

It would be nice if the website worked for after hours dropbox. Pretty busy location to be staffed by only one person. Nice guy and he got me out pretty quick, but alot of customers seemed to show up all at once around 5.
This location is amazing. The guy who helped me check out has 10/10 customer service, and I definitely will be coming back to this location.

That would be great if we can leave a bottle of water inside cabin so that the driver can enjoy it while driving because sometimes the driver have no time to stop to buy a drink.

You made me stand there for 15 minutes while you called my friend to verify that he was a real person? Dumb. Seriously dumb policy. Total waste of time. I probably won't use your service again if I can avoid it.
General manager, Bill Stone was very professional. He helped correct a minor wiring issue when checking lights, Scanned ID, had me in computer, simple review & approval process. E-mailed docs and sent me on my way. Easy - peezy!
The store has all the needed supplies and I was so relieved because it was all there.

The Foster Road site is first-rate. I was NOT happy, however, with the shuffling of my reservation from Quimby (Portland) to MLK (Portland). Why did your website offer the vehicle I needed at the location I wanted (Quimby) if, in fact, it wasn't available. Ya'll need to neaten up your traffic management.
The men that were at the shop were excellent!
The People working there were great, however the truck was parked so close to the fence that we were unable to get around to take pics and didn't see that the back was actually open all the way home. Also truck's gas gauge was BELOW empty when we picked it up. We had no confidence that we could even drive the four miles home and had to get gas immediately which started our day off badly and made us late for our appointment with the movers. We loaded the truck only to find out why the truck was left open. The slider door was broken. We had to go to the hardware store since all our tools were parked, wait in line to get in, purchase new tools and come back to repeit before we could leave... All the while paying our movers who were unable to work for us during that time. So.... Pretty damn unhappy.
Had the greatest experience at your facility located on Foster Rd. The General Manager, Willie Landingin Jr. worked with me on a prorated payment, as the monthly payment came out less than a week prior. My step-son had a similar situation at another storage facility, and they just flat out refused to help him or work with him. That's exactly why I will always do business with U-haul. Your customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you again, Willie!

Fastest move into a storage unit ever. Quick and easy. Unit was easy to access from car. Cart was readily available. No line to counter, employees were friendly and helpful.
I was not happy that my rent went up $5 in a year. I was definitely not told that there would be an increase. Also, there was some mouse poop on my things.
I reserved a u move box not a room and i went to pick it up and they said i had a storage unit reserved ruined my weeked he promised my card wouldnt be charged unhappy!! Ruined my weekend and move
The roofs in some units needs to be replaced.
