Carol H.I discovered shortly after picking up my trailer that one turn signal did not work. I can't prove it, but it is unlikely that a malfunction developed after pick up; I believe the employee approved it despite the bad signal, and endangered my life and that of others.

Denise L.Clean out the trucks the truck I got smelled like Fertilizer it was strong.The guy I don't recall his name came out and cleaned it a little after I asked him to…I even tried to clean it out. I could not get the smell out… I put my stuff in garage bags to try and protect it from the smell but I have to wash it all. Hopefully I will get a clean one next time.

roger E.I was sent to 3 different locations to finally get a truck. Got to loading, broken glass on floor. Started raining while loading, a pin hole in ceiling. At first two locations they were very busy having breakfast. And on top of that, it was 20+ miles away from preferred location……

Adam D.Uhaul failed to have the truck I reserved. I had to drive to HWY 80W to pick up a truck I was moving from Madison county. The customer service representative on the 1800 line stated there was burning he could do. I ended up adding 50 miles to my trip more gas and I delayed my moved by 2 hours. Horrible company with little to no respect for customers.

Spending unnecessary money for an item I will never need anymore is discouraging and if I require storage in the future I will utilize a facility that allows customer owned locks.

I received a email weeks later stating my payment was late and a fee was added …. Nice gentlemen took off the late fee due to my first payment not being processed and I was able to pay my regular balance and he also made sure to email a receipt while I was still on the line thank you for your great customer service

I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! Poor service staff with bad attitude no connection between staff and customer!!

Helping Hands C. | First ImpressionsI have used this facility before and didn’t have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it’s still just business as usual for them. Now, it’s not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

Canzatia L. | Overall ExperienceThe facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.
