The staff was very professional and the manager she was an excellent and the facility is clean easy access to your storages and everything was great.
Jimmie G | Overall ExperienceI had items stolen from me at this U-Haul location. I asked for footage of the video at the time that my items stolen. I was lied to constantly by the U-Haul staff and supervisor to release the footage of the video of the day my items stole. I continually called the supervisor of the U-Haul district who would not return any of my calls I never spoke to him. After I involve the police then they were told that the footage only last for 30 days which they lied to me for 2 months or more. And I believe in my heart that members of the staff at the location took my jewelry.
