I was still being charged for a storage after staff clearly told me they would log my return.

LATERRIO W. | Overall ExperienceStaff was rude and very unprofessional. Shae and a new staff me that can cam in a lil later.. She acted as if I was bother her when asking her. Question.. I was over 45 minutes in a hot storage unit that was suppose to be temperature controlled with my 3 year old daughter. It was 100.degrees in there. Im very displeased because I’m have been playing for a tempature controlled unit.. I have to reach out to customer service .. Because no ever came to remove the lock that was placed on the unit because my payment was late . The rep . Trying calling several time no one answer his calls either . My Some of my property is broken, Has mold, roach droppings and spider webs on it .. but the policy states that it’s pest control. I still unboxing my things but needless to say I am very displeased

Then on the final day I was told that they don't do it on the office the will send me a check. Still have received anything, will someone call me or mail my $20
