In the early years of my storage there was some mistakes made in recording my payments on time. However in the last 20 years(!) the staff has been excellent very efficient and good problem solvers. This was important since I live some distance away and could not come in person to solve any issues that could arise. When I closed my storage unit in November the staff members were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated that.

The access code for the door never works but I appreciate the doors always being unlocked whenever I needed to get into the storage area.
