You did not have the unit I reserved costing me another $105 in milage and $45 in gas and $250 in labor costs for an extra trip to Vicksburg.

I was told my truck would be at one location and I got there and I wasn't there so I had to drive over 20 minutes to get to another location and no one apologized for this and they both places were rude about the situation! I was very disappointed with everything

I made my online reservation at the Ridgeland Ave. location since I was moving furniture from one house in Madison to another house in Madison. The following morning, I received a phone call to confirm my reservation. No one clearly specified that the person calling was from Jackson and not from the RIdgeland location, so I confirmed the appointment over the phone. At the end of the phone conversation, I even asked, "this is the Ridgeland Avenue location, right?". and the person on the phone confirmed, "Yes". Then, the morning of the appointment, I saw the email confirmation that said it was in Jackson, MS. By then it was too late to reschedule, so I had to pick it up and use it anyway. As such, I had to drive an extra 30-40 miles because I had to pick up the truck in South Jackson, when I was moving furniture from a house in Madison. I am very disappointed that they changed my pickup location from Ridgeland to Jackson without clearly asking my permission, and also that I had to the $1/mile charge for these 30-40 extra miles.

When customers are reserving a truck, it would be helpful for the store to attach their hours on the confirmation sheet. My experience yesterday was less than pleasant. The workers who where closing the store yesterday was rude and unprofessional. One of the individuals even cursed at a customer. The young lady had an attitude with customers coming to turn the truck in. This location needs better workers.

Everything and everybody at this location was perfect with only one exception which may not be your fault but just the system. As of today I have not received the refund do back to my credit card. I the past I always got it back expeditiously.

There was too much going on at the time I was there. Although the customer service rep was extremely friendly, she had three calls going on at the same time and tried to handle all the customers in the lobby. It would be more customer service oriented if she would have handled one thing at a time.

I changed reservation from a van to a truck and I originally reserved a flat dolly. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been changed back to the van and there was only appliance doll's available.

My reservation was made on for a 17' with pick up at the Beasley location at 6 p.m. When I went to pick it up, they said my reservation had been cancelled (I did not cancel). They also said that the only truck available was on Highway 80. This was extremely upsetting and honestly, a horrible experience. I will not rent from Uhaul again. The employee at the Highway 80 location was wonder, but there is no excuse for the "reservation cancellation" and having to drive the extra way to pick up a 15'.

I reserved a 20' truck to be picked up at 12 o'clock at location 1. I called that location on the day of pickup and was informed that the vehicle was not ready. I was asked to go to location 2 to pick up a vehicle. It took me 25-30 minutes to get to location 2. When I went to location 2 it was one building that had pawn shop/car wash/tattoo shop/.../. So I call the Rep from location 1 and explain I don't know if that place was open and asked if there was any vehicles at the main location we just past. Rep said to go there and he would let them know we were coming. So, we went to location 3. We waited 15 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone while there were other customers that needed to be served (Customer Service 101). When I finally got to the cashiers she advised me that they didn't have any trucks coming in until tomorrow in any size. I called the Rep from store 1 explained that the store didn't have the truck and I wanted to know when the truck we initially reserved will be back. The Rep said the customer will be back around 3 and he would call me back. Reminding you we reserved it for 12 pm. I called around to several other locations and truck company. Finally, I was told that location 3 did have a truck we could use. I called the corporate office talked to 3 different people and 2 other people at the location no one resolved the problem or willing to right the wrong they caused. I had people waiting to help us move that we still had to pay for that day. I had to reschedule the cleaning people and lost my deposit. Yet none of the employees at UHaul were concerned or even apologized for their inconvenience. A manager has not contacted me. The Reps said they can send me a check of $50 if they believe they were at fault. As a unsatisfied customer I should be compensated during my transaction. I don't want anything else to do with UHaul I would rather pay a moving company or use my own personal small vehicle and make 100 trips back and forth before, I waste my hard earned money and time on UHaul. I would never rent a truck from them again. I will note recommend them to my worst enemy. They don't know honor the information on their website. Their employees need training in customer service and conflict resolution. I will Never do business with UHaul again.
