Don't send customers silly unprofessional text messages when equipment is late. Everyone has reasons whether they're legitimate or not and before u send an annoying unprofessional text talk to d customer first. The reason u take d credit card and if ur paying cash an extra deposit is for in case d customer needs to extend d rental for whatever reason. Very annoying to get multiple calls and annoying text when equipment is an hour late

Staff extremely rude too the point of calling local police and making false claims. I eventually called the G.M. who asked me to return to the facility. Upon returning to the facility he asked to speak with two of the employees. The two only wanted to speak with the manager Brittney who from the very start was rude and never asked to speak with me to correct the situation . Brittney from the start instructed the employees to remove my property from the unit I had just purchased. This all stemmed from the employee Leroy forgot to give me the access card. When I inquired about the card he said I would need to pay another $5.00 to replace the card. The disagreement started when I told (as well as one other employee who from start to finish stood by his word) that he witnessed the incident and never saw Leroy give me the card. After I left the facility I was called three (3) times by one of the young ladies (who came in on the tail end). This lady told me all three times that they had removed my property from my unit (per the request of Brittney) and that I need to come back and pick it up. When I returned I found out that she had lied. The property had not been removed and she is the person that called the police and lied. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I needed to change my contract slightly, but was unable to reach them within the 30min limit of my contract time (which was only 10-15 minutes after I left). Their lines were forwarded, so they were unreachable. Others who answered said my 30min had elapsed, and there was nothing that could be done. They promised to have my location call me shortly to see if my issue could be resolved, but they never even called.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer 2 days before i needed it. The email to confirm was received but i never received an email stating location (I was told that I would). The day came and I went to the location I reserved it, they confirmed that I was never sent an email on where to pick up. So they said it was at the Ellis Ave location got there at the pick up time 900a they dont even open until 10a. I called the first place and sent to a third place and finally got trailer (1 1/2 hrs laters) I had a few guys i was paying by the hr to move me so it cost me an extra $150. Not a happy camper.

The location was nowhere near my preferred location which cost me additional money in mileage to return the vehicle. I requested to drop the in town rental at a different in town franchise and was not allowed to. Had I known that I was not going to be allowed to rent and return at my preferred location, I would have rented from Penske instead because the additional mileage almost doubled my rental cost. I have used U-haul for several successful moves in the past, so my less than satisfied experience with the company was a complete surprise. I was very surprised that no accommodations at all were made for an issue that was completely out of my control.

I received several calls about a balance of a van that I never received after being told Vans couldn't be purchased for one way so I got a small uhaul truck and returned it in Meridian,MS but because the rep that I dealt with the day of rental didn't know what he was doing I was called several times by Chantel Jones about paying a remaining balance to close the order and she wanted me to pay it on my card for her to refund it correctly which I declined several times and on today 1/31/17 she called again and was very rude and unprofessional the way she handled it.

Make sure the gas sheet matches what is in the trucks because we as customers put back in what we use and where the gas needle sits. They workers mark the lines on the truck and it may be in between we don't know that until they pull the sheet out at the end.
