There was virtually no gas in the tank and I had to find gas station immediately after pickup. That was not a good way to start the rental period. I was told by this location that I would be credited $30 for the gas which I was but then charged the same amount by the location I dropped truck off at. RidiculousJOHN S.

The pick up was smooth and the attendant was very friendly. When I arrived for drop-off 30 minutes prior to closing, the attendant had locked the doors and told me they were closed. The posted hours were 7am-7pm ... it was 6:30pm when I arrived. After some negotiating through the locked door he finally came out. Of my many experiences with U-Haul, this experience seems on-brand. Each time I rent from them, I swear to myself it will be my last time.JOHN A.

I booked online for a 10ft truck but when I made it to the location the personnel told me I would have to use a 15ft truck instead. I was hesitant about driving a truck of this size that's why I didn't book it, but for that to be my only option when I get to the location is so unacceptable after booking 3 weeks prior. I wish that Uhaul streamlines it's online process/system.KACHELLE P.

Truck I reserved was not there when I arrived at pick up time, tried to put me in a bigger truck. Had to rent smaller local use truck and cost twice as much. Truck drivers window was loose and shook the whole way, will never use haul again!!CHRISTY W.

It was only one person working and she was new. I think more training is needed before leaving someone by themselves before being fully trained. I had to wait over an hour before being waited on. It wasn't her fault. She was doing the best she could.JIMMY C.

The staff wasn't pleasant and I'm keen on customer service. The equipment had chicken bones in the cup holder, earrings on the floor. It was not cleaned and you would think so with Covid. Hours are convenient.FARINA K.

When I picked up the service lady was rude and had her kids locking and un locking the door. She gave me the key to the wrong truck and I had to go back in and let her know. Then she got an attitude and walked off to bring me a van that was damaged and not clean and was empty. However when I returned the van, a different service lady was very nice. Not charge for 2 days when ask for one and won't refund the second day!! I didn't even have the truck 7 hours the first day!!! I was charged for 205 miles but I only did 189!! All the response I got was it's a set price and I only asked for one day!!Shanika C.
