They are shorthanded so while I was on hold for over 20 minutes I booked my reservation online. When I clicked confirm the website kept saying it was loading so I was surprised they had my reservation in the system when I got there. Uhaul needs to get more staff or fix their website you can't screw up both. I finally hung up the phone without ever getting it answered.RICHARD C.

You might want to try contacting a customer when you don't have the equipment that your customer reserved instead of just allowing them to pick up and finding out 2 hours into rental time that you don't have the equipment that were reserved for the customer. I ended up having to call U-Haul customer service to have them look around for the equipment that I rented from this location. The store manager was unable/unwilling to do this herself. So I wasted almost 2 hours of my rental time with the truck to sit on the phone trying to get the equipment I had previously reserved due to poor customer service at this location. I ended up spending over twice as much to rent the appliance dolly that I needed from another location that should have been covered under my original rental agreement. On top of all of that frustration, when I got my bill upon returning my equipment, they still tried to charge me for the dolly that they didn't supply me with. This place was absolutely ridiculous; I would never recommend it to anyone. I would rather pay twice as much and go to another company completely than ever go to this place again. When speaking to the manager on the phone she kept on interrupting me and not letting me speak saying ma'am, ma'am, ma'am as if she had something important to say or as if she was going to fix the problem.... She also told me she had no idea that I even had rented the vehicle until that very day when I had rented it over a week in advance. This is absolutely horrible service. Still waiting to see what my bill actually says or if I need to file a dispute with my credit card company.Aaron P.

This store and its employees were great. The first store in Gulfport MS had an extremely rude older lady at the counter. I didn't catch her name, but she had dark haired and pretty tan skin it looked like. Just an overall rude person, and super unfriendly to the customers and even her coworkers.. I am glad the Pascadgoula store had friendly people. On the other hand the first lady I spoke to at the call center was extremely unhelpful. She was super friendly, but refused to assist me in changing my drop-off destination. I was told it was not possible to do without charging a fee, but as a former uhaul employee I knew that was not true. The supervisor did call me and assisted me with everything and it all worked out in the end. It was an decent experience overall, it was last minute and you all were able to help me get what I needed to done. I would say that first lady at the store in Gulfport probably shouldn't be working in customer service at all, let alone the front counter of that Uhaul, and the call center lady needs some more training. The employees here are really mouthy and openly curse in front of customers even when it's brought to their attention. Truck was sloppy inside and out with some dried liquid all over the box floor. Truck was very noisy and ran really rough.William B.

My original pickup was in Biloxi where my furniture was located. I received a call from one of your U-Haul agents asking me if I didn't mind getting it from Pascagoula, which increased the mileage due that I still had to drive 20 miles to Biloxi to load my stuff and back 20 miles back through Pascagoula on to Cottondale, Fl. I feel I should have not been charged the extra 20 miles that had I initially should have begun my miles in Biloxi in the first place.LORENZO D.

I reserved a truck on Thursday. Was sent to the location of truck, and location was closed. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to remote pickup the truck which could not be picked up. Had to scramble to find another truck. 2 hours later I picked up a smaller truck than what I needed. It was completely empty of fuel. I will never use uhaul again.SCOTTIE B.

The young man in uhaul store on Shortcut Road assisting me was very professional, making sure everything needed was done before I left location. He told me his name but I don't remember it. A great experience all the way around. When I brought back trailer on Sunday, Sheena was wonderful and very helpful then, too. Two great people at this location. We were suppose to drop off at Market Treet in PAscagoula, MS. The man inside had the door locked and yelled at he that he was closed and didn't care what I did with truck. He needs to be fired.
