Lights sometimes went on in front of our unit making it hard to see and no lighting in the unit makes it hard to see and ensure that it’s cleaned up properly.

We had a great experience with the U-Haul U-Boxes. They were much more substantial than what was shown online. More like a mini-container than a plastic box. Sturdy, secure and water proof. It does have about a 6 inch high floor that I built a ramp for to use a hand truck to roll up and down. U-Haul should offer a ramp with the U-Box.

This location needs a good process review for handling returns on the weekend. Arrived to find a line of vehicles out to the street. Was told the site required that returned vehicles be cleaned before being put back on lot. This is a fine process during low volume time but very frustrating for customers on the weekend.

We were doing an unmanned pickup and the keys were not left in the back of the truck as they were supposed to be and only 1/2 of the blankets we reserved were given to us.

They rescheduled my drop off and pick up dates multiple times. I said i was ok with it but expected a discount and proceeded to get the run around. The person who dropped off and picked up my containers was the only one who was helpful.

1st off, I was given a quote, had it printed out and everything when I went to pay they would not honor my quote so it costed significantly more, when I picked up the truck and trailer they have me paper showing how much gas was in the truck and said it had to have the same amount back but once I got in the truck it was actually a 1/4 tank less then they stated (took picture/video proof before even leaving uhaul) then they say we provide enough free miles for you to reach the destination, and when I did the quote online it gave me 60 miles more then what they actually gave me on paper, so I ended up having to pay even more for the extra miles I had to make to get to the drop off location, iv used uhaul many times and this trip has to be by far my worst experience.... screwed me on price that's for darn sure, will be reconsidering my opinions next time....

One of the girls seemed like she didn’t wanna do her job, while the other was busting her ass. Got charged for a dolly I didn’t receive and didn’t realize it til I got to my location, fine and dandy when we brought everything back and the one girl busting her ass reimbursed me for that which was appreciated. A few things could be better, idk how rates change, but when I picked up the truck and trailer, it was supposed to be $1.09/mile, had it for 24 hours from a Saturday to Sunday, and got the email receipt and it was $1.39/mile, I know it’s different on weekends but I was told it was $1.09/mile

I have nothing but good things to say about our U-Haul experience. From the start, throughout the move, everyone has been professional and helpful. This was our first experience using containers. I have moved around the world in my adult life, and I think this was the best move I've experienced. We still have one final container to offload, but I expect it to go as well as the other seven. Customer service was very terrible, i received my 15’ box truck here in Pasco, Washington off of court st. with 3/4 of gasoline.i refilled the tank to the same point it was filled at. They still had the nerve to charge my account an extra amount of dollars to fill their tank. I would never recommend this to anyone. the fact that you have to rent the vehicle pay for miles and pay your own gasoline is an excessive amount. Disappointed.

I rented a 15’ moving truck. I was told the gas tank was full and to bring it back full. I didn’t think much about it but when I got the truck home about 10 miles away I noticed that the gas was below the 3/4 mark. I stopped and got gas to top off the tank. The truck took an additional 8 gallons to fill. I contacted the pickup location regarding this matter. They told me that I had to say something or use the app to correct it at time of pick up and it was too late now. I explain to the attendant that no one told me that I had to verify the gas on the app. So in order not to get charged extra I had to eat the cost on the 8 gallons to return the truck back full of gas. She simply said sorry and that was that.

Absolutely NO customer service. They force you to use the app - which I did. I rented a truck, furniture pads, a furniture dolly, and utility dolly. I picked up the truck , brought it home, and nothing was in the truck. I called. Same girl picked it up and told me she remembered me and I did NOT order those additional items. I drove the truck back down to the location. The same person didn’t know what to do and specifically stated: “I don’t know why the app let you rent anything, we don’t have them.” Then, she called her manager and the manager said that since I didn’t get them, I wouldn’t be charged. Well guess what? I was charged. For two days. They also don’t tell you to make sure to fuel up the truck OR how to check the truck back in - on the app! It was awful. I wasn’t the only person frustrated on that Saturday, either. Not only does this location NOT HAVE essential moving supplies, but they also didn’t have a certified forklift operator nor did they have a certified person to run the propane tanks. On a Saturday. It was just an awful experience.

Don't accept rentals and then NOT have the equipment at the location(s) your company sent me to. When I arrived I was told that my original location did not have the u-haul I requested. I was then sent to another location, and no one was there. Only to be sent to a third location where they finally had the truck I needed. This whole experience was extremely agitating as I had a schedule with an auction house I was trying to accommodate. This is totally unacceptable!

Storage and move out was fine! Big pain in the butt on my rental I picked up. Employee made a mistake on a trailer pick up I was making for U-Haul to go with my truck rental. After I had paid and loaded my truck, she reversed charges on my card with out asking and tried to charge it again. So it got denied. I was told that I had to use another card to fix her mistake. While helping helping me during this 2 hour process, she would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. Then at the end, when I acquired another form of payment and came back in couldn’t find her and was then told she left! Fortunately another employee had heard the whole thing and jumped in and got me on my way! It was not a good experience but eventually got resolved

First Amicia was excellent. She listened well and was quite knowledgeable of what I needed to do and did assist me in getting it done. My issue wasn't with the U-Haul facility in Pasco Wa, on Court Street. They are excellent, my ratings are based on their store. They are my favorite U-Haul facility. My issue was with whoever set up my storage unit reservation. I was assured that a 5x10 storage unit would hold a one bedroom apartment, which I responded that I was moving a studio apartment, which the person responded that could be done. She found a U-Haul store in Pasco, WA on Court Street. Which I happily agreed with. She told me that all I needed to do was go the counter of that store and they would tell me what storage unit I had. When I went to the counter of that store they had no idea of a reservation for me. They were kind enough to provide me with a 5x7 unit which I had been told would handle a studio apartment. Once we had halfway to 3/4 of the way loaded the unit it became clearly obvious that there was no way we could get the remainder of our load in the unit. I had helpers who assisted me in moving but they had to leave. I went back to the store counter and explained to a worker my problem and how I had been told that a 5x7 unit would hold a one bedroom apartment, in which the worker responded "he didn't know why anyone would tell me that". He suggested a 10x10 unit which he allowed me to look at. I agreed it would work. The new unit was located on the other side of their facility from the 5x10 unit and involved climbing a set of stairs. Fortunately I was able to get more help to unload the 5x10 unit and help load the 10x10 unit. Needless to say quite a bit of work and frustration. The employees at the Pasco store were exceptional. They fixed the sliding glass doors where they would stay open and they allowed us to use whatever hand trucks we needed. If I had filled out a survey based on my reserving a U-Haul storage unit, my ratings would be totally unsatisfactory and I certainly would not recommend anyone to use that service. U-Haul did offer me a $25.00 compensation. Not near enough compensation for what I went through. Thank you for allowing me to vent about the truth.

We rented our storage since 2020, the halls are very clean and well maintained, the only concern was outside close to the garbage bin, always debris hanging around, just a little more attention to this, but the overall experience is a good review, well done U-HAUL.

"note" My experience was prior to my move out date hence my reason for not continuing my services with this particular location. The staff are mostly young and not trained to be professional to the paying customer. This facility is great. The employees are easy to work with and very friendly. I moved my belongings out shortly before my free month was up but when I received notification that my account was charged I called to find out why. It was a general customer service line and was told my account wasn't closed. I decided to drive to the facility because it's close to where I live. I thought I was going to have difficulty getting the charge reversed but no...the girl helping me was kind and just like that, the account was closed and the charge was reversed. Melissa, the manager, is also amazing...I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The kids helping me were super unprofessional. I wasn’t told how to use the key pad to enter so I had a manager let me in for weeks. I ended getting my work bags stolen. Over 24k worth of frames. The main entrance door was broke you did not need the security code password to enter the building which was the reason why my storage unit number 228 was robbed of over $9000 worth of property. The manager told me and I have her recorded saying she contacted her boss several times to fix the door but went ignored. It is complete negligence by U-Haul that cost me $9000 worth of loss in my Robbed storage unit

I had been told in the past I could take extra boxes I buy back, if I don't use or need. Never was told I needed my receipt to return. So to my surprise I was taken back some boxes and got told I could not return them cause I did not have receipt. So back to the misspelled name how do I get that corrected.

We tried for over a year to get a larger storage unit(was a customer for 2years) and we asked about getting on waiting list and we’re told we would just have to keep calling back and hopefully one one be available. We did this almost every month for past year. Then… finally went with an outdoor unit (over phone) was told “yeah, no problem, we have it reserved for you”— told her we wouldn’t be moving in for Couple of weeks, but we would start paying. When I arrived to move in—they did not even have us down for one, saying a reservation doesn’t really mean we would get one anyway. WTH? And then we’re told there were none open. Somebody “just reserved the last large unit”. So…our reservation didn’t mean didly squat, but now somebody else’s does?! We moved out. The customer service has always sucked and we have had enough. There is a reason this UHaul on Court Street Pasco only has a 1.5 rating! No names on employee shirts so I cannot tell you the young lady who needs to be reprimanded. She is also VERY unfriendly at the counter and did not check us out properly. Told me they would walk back with us to make sure it was clean…but then did not. She never smiles or looks at customers in the eyes. More training and capable staff is required. Will never recommend this place or rent from them again.

Other than the fact that I did not get a climate controlled unit that we requested, and that I got locked inside the building once, our unit was clean, easily accessible and access during business hours was very good. Your manager Yvette Rios made everything smooth as I dropped off my U-haul in, Pasco Wa., and provided me with storage. I was not impressed with my experience in Olympia. I had to go 60miles out of my way to get a trailor for my car. This involved un planned time. It may have been in writing by u-haul but was not communicated by the manager. It was difficult to get a hold of the manager there. She was not present or reacheable by her staff when I had a few issues to take care of. I will say Olympia has an excellent mechanic staff who stepped in to fix my trailor that was broken and figure out the problem so I did not lose my car on the way to Richland. A major part the winch to hold the car was put on backwards. You might want to see how long this part was upside down which could have had devastastng results. The manager was not at the store and I am not sure what they would have done for me if this could not be remedied. The manager and independant operator in Yelm helped me with the trailor and helped me as well to smooth out my overall experience with U-haul in Olympia. Overall my experience was even pretty good at both stores, but overall Yvette was excellent, perhaps she should be promote to a regional manager position. Thank you. The truck was in great mechanical shape and everthing was as smooth as could be when I arrived in Richland. Thank you. By the way the reason I dropped off in Pasco, was the store was open on Sunday and had storage available. I do want to emphasize that Olympia was good but Pasco wins the Gold.

Most of the time the security was fine but as I was moving stuff out the doors you have to have a code to access were broken for a while according to what I was told so anybody can walk in at anytime.

Didn’t realize the storage unit access was 24hr hours. I assumed it was only 7-7 on Saturdays as noted on the sign near the pin pads. Very clean, busy & secure facility. Friendly staff.
