The staff at the Pasco U-Haul were very polite and friendly. The process for completing the rental and subsequent return of the vehicle in Yakima, was very easy and fast to work through. Please also pass on to Williams movers that we appreciated their assistance with loading the u-haul from our storage unit. They were on time, worked hard, offered further help to straighten out the storage unit, any any other assistance they could provide. They were a pleasure to work with, I'd hire them again.

Exceptional customer service.
General manager a nice and helpful guy but his weekend team which I believe was Mike and another guy wearing a willys face mask are horrible at customer service and they need some training on their customer service. Very lazy and were angry at the fact they had to be at work for some reason it was not fault. Most employees at this store are nice and I will return for their services but never coming in on the weekends anymore. But overall a great experience renting out the truck.

The U boxes were delivered as scheduled and staff went out of their way to keep me advised on delivery status.
Don't charge for things that didn't occur. The attendant said I needed to pay because I didn't bring it back full. I told him I took a video of the fuel gauge before I left and showed it to him and he agreed that it wasn't full and said that he would remove the charge. However since I said that I didn't need a paper copy of the receipt and just email it to me, he applied the charge and I didn't see it until I was back home and didn't feel like going back down to argue with him. And in regards to the truck I told him that the check engine light came on and also that the drivers door doesn't shut very well and he should get it adjusted so that the battery doesn't drain. I guess I shouldn't have helped you guys since you have no problems lying to me!
Buy boxes back without receipt
When I originally booked my reservation I picked a location then was called and sent a text that I would need to pick up the truck at a different location and was sent a text with the address. When I got to that address they didn't have my reservation after a few they were able to get me a truck but charged the insurance to me that I didn't ask for and didn't know i was charged for it till after I returned the truck.
Was pro quoted for two days of rental at store on pasco and I told them I only need it for one day and there response was oh when you return it they will reimburse you. I arrived at Pullman uhaul and they said they don't do that.

The first truck they gave me had an engine warning light come on. I had to return and get another truck, while I had movers at $60.00 perf hour waiting. The guy who hooked up the trailer at night did a good job. Then I get to Boise, clean return the truck clean and with the same fuel that was in this second truck when I picked it up. Checked with the U-Haul people there that all was ok because I wanted my deposit back. Now I being billed for almost $70.00 for fuel and cleaning, getting screwed. Cannot call the number on your notice because it is in a code, not a phone number.
Great help for my family & great customer service
I scheduled a rental truck and appliance dolly several days in advance since I would be moving many very heavy items that night and the next day. The first surprise was a message letting me know that the U-haul pickup location had changed. Now, I would need to travel further to get the truck and further in the truck, while being charged more for every mile traveled. When I arrived to get the equipment, no appliance dolly was available. Although the U-haul employee attempted to find one for me to rent elsewhere, this took up valuable time. It was late in the afternoon and I had appointments already scheduled. I didn't make it to the other appliance dolly renter before they closed. I had to purchase one the next day as the moving crew was arriving early. As a side note, the truck I rented seemed to have out of round tires as the back end bounced at almost every speed over 15 miles per hour. I was very concerned that large mirrors and glass items would break. Fortunately, driving slow helped to minimize the risk to my items and none were broken. However, I did keep the truck an additional day because we ran out of time for the final load. If I was not driving slowly and chasing misplaced equipment, I would have saved some money by getting done with the move on time and not paying for needless miles due to the change in pick up and drop off location.

Right on time, got me going early in morning. Staff polite, a very nice trailer so I could get my motorcycle to be serviced.
the tow dolly straps were close to worn out
When I went to drop it off the office customer service rep was short with me and told me to not only drop the trailer but I needed to back it in and stage it in their parking lanes. Was told they didn't have a truck to move it with.

Make sure all light bulbs work, don't lie to a customer, and don't make them wait 45 mins while two other people stand on the phone.

Plain old customer service and get enough one way trucks out to your locations that have had them reserved. Awful service....so disappointed. Will never use UHAUL again nor will I EVER refer to a friend....Is clean equipment for locals all that matters?
