Pasco was difficult to communicate with, and when phone calls to inquire about pick up and drop off did go through and not be re-directed, I was often put on hold for 20-30 mins.

The uhaul staff would put me on hold for up to 45mins, I would get hung up on, at one point I was told 2 out of 4 boxes were lost! Only good experiencecwas Manny the manager of Pasco.
