I’ve called and emailed multiple times to reach a manager about my extremely horrible Uhaul experience and no one has even returned 1 of my calls. Uhaul should customer service is a joke- especially after spending thousands of dollars. Never again will I go Uhaul. My mother in law is moving this next month and I will make sure she goes with a different company. Everyone I know will hear our nightmare story of you’re poor customer service.

Price quoted online and in other shop I went into to reserve vehicle was 19.95 for the truck rental plus miles. Once picking up they charge 20.95 off the bat along with a string of additional charges bringing estimated total to >$40 Makes the entire experience extra scammy. The staff were good, the service from them was fine, the corporate/office/billing crap was NOT.

I request to have my uboxes available for me to empty 1 month in advance. And the day before I arrived at the storage (12/4/20), I called uhaul to confirm that they would be available on 12/4/2020. When I arrived at Uhaul where my uboxes were stored, after having to pick up my truck at a different location the Uboxes where not out and the customer service rep told me that they dont usually bring the Uboxes out on weekends because they dont have enough staff. He did retrieve the Uboxes but it was just was a delay for me. Please change the question about friendly and helpful to two separate questions. Because the representative was helpful and did get my Uboxes, but his friendly and empathy was lacking. Thank you, and FYI I Love Uhaul

The guy working there is slow 4 people waiting in line and he stops everything to go get cup of coffee. Will not go there again Take trailer back 2 pick up 1 truck and my trailer to check in 2 of us complaining and 3 people finally come from behind building !

Not enough employees working. Lines and also some had trouble getting my reservations done. I asked for Sparks NV drop location on 26’ and when a arrived found they had put a Reno location drop. I had five pieces of equipment and four were Sparks. Agent in Sparks was very nice.

Everyone seemed in a really bad mood and I was kind of surprised to learn that I had to pay for mileage and gas on top of it. It was supposed to be a quick, inexpensive couple hour use project and it cost me close to $60. Won't be using the service for this again. The employees were fine, just seemed like a rough day.

Questioned me a lot and had to explain myself over and over due to uhaul and climate control not making the proper notes with transfer of unit but they got frustrated but end up getting the work done and returning the deposit back to myself

Had my reservation time wrong, but after some discussion they did get me a truck. Very frustrating. Check in on a Saturday and only two people working. Had to wait and that was frustrating. Employee was nice after we had a discussion about mix up on U hauls part.

We had the worst experience with the online checking of stock. I made 2 seperate reservations with a trailer and also a truck and both reservations showed the trailer or truck availible and able for pick up. Only to get a call saying they had no stock of said items. This was terrible, when we asked well where do they have one, the reply was we dont. So the reservation you have is void. We told the guy we spoke with that there was a $50 reservation guarantee on both reservations and we want $100 for the inconvenience. The only thing the guys said they could do was pay 50 and have us call on our own the next day to start the process again. Knowing there wasnt any stock available. I called the medford location and they were able to get the item we wanted to rent but they said it would be availible at 11:15. We said that already pushing our schedule back but we will do it. Again to get a phone call and they said the trailer wouldn't be available until after 2pm. This is ridiculous, now we have pretty uch wasted a full day of travel after the items were packed for transport to the storage facility. Just crazy.

I would have like to have cruise control on the moving trucks. I found that trying to maintain certain speed was taxing.

Nobody was at the register, I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came. The staff weren't that friendly. The truck was dirty on the outside and smelled strongly of marijuana on the inside, when I got in. I've rented from other small dealers (neighborhood dealers) and I'd much rather use them in the future. I most likely won't be back to this one.

Increase staffing - I only saw 2 people working make for long backups to pick-up & return equipment. I waited 10 minutes to pick up my rental & over 15 to return. Improve the quality of service - The two working were quip, unprofessional, & acted like it was a chore for them to do their jobs. Very unimpressive. I will buy boxes & use storage at another location.

Lyndsey at the facility was brusque, I hadn't been told I needed to actually go there from Grants Pass to sign off on the containers until the morning I was supposed to have them delivered, I could never reach her by phone or email later to obtain a copy of the original contract (went another route to get it), and still don't know how/when I'll get a bill/receipt for my Nov.21-Dec.20 storage fees, or months thereafter. Trying to reach a live body to get answers is next to impossible!

Was told on ph no need to notify when moving out. Move was june 6-7th due to a neck injury, then charged in full june 7th. Why was I told no notice for moving out. Then charged? That is fraud.

Not once were we able to access our storage ourselves. We were told that it due to a 'computer glitch'. This meant we had to wait in line everytime we needed access and wait for someone to open it.
