For the love of god hire security at this place. This location gets its gas stolen at least three times a week. That’s not acceptable nor should be tolerated and treated as something that “just happens”. Fix it. The staff here are amazing. The below average rating is because there’s nothing being done to stop the stealing of gas. Also we are asked to park across a busy highway if we are leaving vehicles. If someone got ran over on the way back to U-Haul don’t you think that’d be a lawsuit?

This location was very helpful, however my experience dropping it off in Beaverton was less than ideal. The guy that checked me out was rude and made me feel like I was an interruption In his day. I brought the truck back on 3/4 and it was 1/4 when I picked it up. A “have a nice day and thank you” would’ve been nice. I’ll think before I use uhaul again because of the guy in Beaverton, very rude!

I just received 4 receipts for the same rental. a couple of them were superseded by the $33.93 one. I hope that I don't find I was charged for the several receipts I received. Please notice this and reply. Thank you. We were pleased with the truck we rented and only had it for about 2 hrs. in order to move some furniture. Nevertheless, I do wonder why the several receipts. Also, your representative who helped us was very friendly and helpful so maybe the computer just went crazy! !

I was told by the customer service representative that the 1st 50 miles were included with the rental. When I receive my bill I was charged over a dollar per mile for every mile I used. Not happy.

In and out in 10 minutes, as usual. My only complaint is with UHaul corporate: Why can't we contact the local UHaul by phone? Rolling calls over to an answering service in another state is a waste of time, especially when they say that they themselves cannot call into the local Uhaul (which of course, they can; a few times they have done it for me to relay a message regarding payments, extending return times, etc.). I understand that the local office may be very busy, but so am I. I will hold if I can eventually talk to the local manager instead of someone who is at home in Montana, just woke up and doesn't know what an RO is.

I had to park my car across the street from the u-haul location, a busy 4 lane road with no cross walk. Itvwas sunny but on a rainy day I would be soaked. I was told i could not leave my car on the property due to liability reasons, but I found this reason weak. There are insurance riders to cover this. Other businesses manage it. Asking your customers to park in a unsafe area is unprofessional. It seems to me that they just don't want to give up the real estate. I see it as extremely poor customer service. I won't go there again. Other than that they seemed to have it together.

The only thing I found is that if you check online your experience at the counter is very quick but other people who do not check online you have to wait for them in line and that experience is kind of slow but nobody's fault

This store is always overwhelmed and crazy slow. The line of vehicles was out onto the highway when we arrived and when we returned. If we hadn’t chosen an email receipt (or choose to do the walk around with an associate) it would have been a 40 minute wait. The brakes on the truck were sketchy to say the least. We were told the tank initially had a 1/4 tank of fuel. It didn’t even have an 1/8. Other visits that I’ve had to this location to purchase boxes and other supplies, I have never been greeted, always avoided by staff, and when I’ve insisted on service, staff seems put out. It’s unfortunate that this store is really the only one that ever has trucks. A new system needs to be implemented. There’s always going to be a need for U-Haul, it would be nice if the company filled the need in a way that fit the customers better.

Stand by there word. We have credit we wanted to use, they told us that when we returned the cargo trailer we could apply it. We returned it and they wouldn’t do it and we’re extremely rude. Won’t ever rent from this location again!
