Trying to get someone on the phone to modify my reservation was a nightmare. I had to wait a very long time, and the whole while this horrible recorded message was repeated over and over - a high pitched woman's voice speaking very fast - a torment to listen to. By the time I got a live person I was in a rage. Please change this for your customers' sake - just some elevator music, please?

Rented 2 Uboxes. First one was in pretty rough shape. The box was so uneven I couldn't close the latch unto the hasp. I had to push on one one side of the box and get my wife to force the latch unto the hasp.Then I had to jam a screwdriver through the hasp because I was afraid the door would pop open when I drove it back. The Ubox manager was very helpful when I explained it to him and made sure I got a new one when I got the second box. He said he would check and make sure the first one was not too damaged when he shipped it . He wasn't the guy that rented the first one to me or I think he would have caught the issue.

* Employ more people at this location. Staff here are helpful and competent but obviously too busy most of the day, notably at drop off times. Seems your business thrives here, hire a few more staff members !

I had a good trip and the U-Haul performed admirably - great rig! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, cordial and informative. I am particularly impressed with how my questions were handled - almost like it was the first time they heard them (lol). Thank you!!

the 4 times I had to go into this location it was usually 1 female working and the line of customers was at least 4 or 5 deep. It would be nice if you had more morning help

I ordered 2 tie down ropes when I reserved my truck and they were not given to us when we picked it up. I was still charged for the rope.

I arrived to pick up my truck at approx 7:30 a.m. using the Uhaul share 24/7 online check in process. It did not work for me. I had already watched the process on Utube and being very tech savvy, i was shocked to discover that the "Pick up my truck" was greyed out and absolutely would not allow me to move forward in process. Then after waiting for nearly an hour and a half (definitely need a bench outside) i showed the guy that opened the office, and he very off-handedly states "Yeah, that happens to about 20% of our customers when they try to use that online process...sorry." So having my moving men show up at 9:00 this entire online process completely fucked up ALL of my plans!!! Thanks Uhaul for a complete disaster...as if moving itself isn't already stressful enough!!!!

When I got there to pick up the equipment there was one person customer and I took forever question after question which I quite understand but another entity came to help me which I appreciate but I don’t think he knew what he was doing, asked me for my license and still asking me for my name even thought it was right in front of him also address and where I was going color of my cars wth!? I told him multiple times I had already checked in on line so that it was faster but it did not matter it took about 45 minutes from beginning to end it was frustrating but that wasn’t it! For the caviat! When I dropped off the equipment there was a truck and another person dropping off as well, He was walking around looking for help I can tell because I do it sometimes but I went around him and as I’m passing the truck I saw your employee in the truck on him cellphone so I decided to do it myself and as I was unhooking the rental the other customer the person in front of me asks me (excuse do you work here?) My response was no but the guy that works here is on his phone in the truck so he started doing it himself as well, at the end he comes out of the truck and asks me if I need help I said no and I left.

My scheduled pick-up for a 6'X12' cargo trailer was Sunday @ 10:00 am. The trailer was not there because Jose did not return it on Saturday. The three gentlemen at the counter called Jose a number of times. The U-Haul people located another cargo trailer and brought it to me and I was on the road at 11:00 am. They exceeded Customer Service and I am very thankful that I did business with U-Haul.

Improve security for night time. Also figure out what to do with customer parking. Customer’s who leave a vehicle have to park across a busy highway with no crosswalk. The staff is amazing despite corporates failures

Receiving "clerk" could use more help. Vehicles hardly could get off road into lot because of backup. Stress of employee was visible but he took care of us as quickly as possible and was still professional in the process.
