Get receipts when turn in vehicle not have to look them up on E-mail. Never there when they.say they will be. I have over 200 e-,mails a day. It's frustrating. And first ok me ended Jan 1st. I never got.

We received our truck with 1/4 of a tank of gas, had it for 2 hours, returned with $30 worth of gas (to bring it up to the minimum) and was charged 75$. Ridiculous how expensive that $19.95 truck cost us! Never again will I rent a uhaul for a simple job in town.

Guy was scarfing on a greasy meal. Never got out of his seat. Someone REAKED of major BO. charged me an extra gallon at $4.50. Upon return, three stop signs told me to wait for someone to greet me. That's fine if you need it nap before returning the truck. I chose to wait only five minutes and then had to get back to the grunge and BO to check out. They need a real manager. So sad to experience yet another example of zero customer satisfaction in the COVID era. Try to avoid this place.

Employees there at the checking in area were unprofessional and didn't let me know ahead of time things needed for the check-in process. Also was just handed the key and pointed to the general area of where my rental was. Check in was okay, but could be better.

Probably never use UHaul again customer service was on the low side trucks smelled like an ash tray rate was almost double from quoted online. Front end on the truck so worn out had to fight the steering wheel when going 40 mph.

The rental guys rented my truck that had my credit card attached to it to someone else! My ID and everything was on file, how does that happen? The truck I ended up with was old, dingy/dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and had a malfunctioning driver side seatbelt. I'm really does disappointed with what happened today.

The Medford U-Haul Storage of Rogue Valley was Extremely professional, personal, helpful and customer service oriented. The equipment was in excellent shape. The return was fast and easy. I would rent from here again the next time I am in need of a truck or moving supplies and assistance.

The staff was helpful and friendly, so if you need a uhaul this location was good, however, I requested a 20 ft truck and the day I got there it was switched to a 26 ft truck, no one even let me know via text or otherwise. They didn't charge us for the larger size but the truck was huge and difficult to drive on our long trip, which is why we wanted a 20 ft truck in the first place. The guy said there was a 17 ft truck available but the system wouldn't let him switch over to it. I also chose to do the online pick-up and drop off, but when I tried to use the app for pick-up it wouldn't load anything. The guy who helped me was really nice and friendly but the system seems to have a lot of issues.

the person behind the desk was rude... he started handling my order and then gave his attention, along with the only other person in the office, to another customer, acting like we were not even there. He handed me a key and told me "I think it's in H".... it wasn't. when we figured out which truck was mine, it was the wrong size. i went back in and he told me he didn't have the 15' i ordered so gave me a 17' without asking. i would have down-sized rather than up-sized had he told me what he was doing when he was checking me in, but he didn't. no one walked out with me to find the truck and it took a long time considering i had checked in on line to "save time." Now i see my bill and i've been charged for 2 days when i returned the truck a day early, less than 24 hours. i called this morning and was told i would get the day refunded... i haven't. i was also charged for 2 days of blanket rental ... i rented for one day. I also think your mileage rate is absurd... it's higher than it has ever been before, and you make me pay for gas as well. Now i'm going to have to call and get this fixed on my own. i've rented plenty of times from uhaul as you can see on my account, but this might be the last time. i have a truck for 24 hours on a local move and pay $90 for mileage. too much.

The staff was kind. However, I wish they would have walk me to my rental and went over any concerns we had. Also, the cigarette/odor was so intense we had to use air spray freshener frequently! The could be harmful to customers with asthma or other sensitivity. We found it difficult to return the truck, because we did not know where the drop off was located. Please remind staff that when customers are returning rentals, they are most likely already exhausted due to moving. Any extra assistance during checkout would be great. I was greatful that staff were available. Thank you. We couldn't have moved without the rental! One more th thing. We did not see one of your staff wearing masks. I personally don't care about th his mandate. I don't want this store to be fined.

The fellow who helped me was super helpful, friendly, and professional. The only problem was the mileage he put into the contract was wrong, and we almost got charged for 400 miles when we actually traveled no more than 60 miles. Spent an hour on the phone getting that resolved.

I used Prescott, AZ U-Haul because they had the best reviews and they didn't fail. Our valuables arrived in Medford, Oregon early and intact and we were able to store our stuff for 3 months until we got situated. They were amazing

We originally were trying to get a 15' truck. They had called and said there wasnt one and that we would be in a 20' truck. We showed up on pick up day and they sent us on our way with a 26' truck. My husband and I should not have been driving a 26' truck. It was scary and unsafe. It was sprung on us last minute. It was the worst experience i have had wil uhaul. It had nothing to do with the gentle man working at this place. Who ever decided to put us in the 26' truck is the person i have a problem with.

Manager was not listening to the renter of the uHaul pickup truck. He accused me of “playing game” with him. He didn't know that I was helping a friend out with moving his travel trailer n that I had been in contact with a co-worker to extend the use of the truck. Instead he was only communicating with my friend, who was not communicating with me either. It was difficult for me to get the manager to understand my point and that point was “ I am not playing games. I had contact with the other employee and everything was good, at least from that employee's point of view . Unfortunately my friend was telling him only part of the truth and by the time the manager was talking with me, my friend had turned the situation into a different one that made it appear like we were “playing a game” . So my rental agreement suddenly change and why????? I had not listened to his voicemail messages as I was trying to focus on finishing the move my friend needed and I had no idea that the number on caller ID was the manager and apparently (he stated) the employee who extended my return time had not read his notes and/or voicemail either. Not very happy about the decision made by manager However I would nevertheless still recommend this uHaul location to friends and family as 6/7 rental experience have been above average and basically were excellent

I rented a Cargo Van with less than 11,000 miles on it and it is in need of serious maintenance. I was afraid it was going to break down, It had me stressed out and I had no time to go back in and switch it for another. I've found the process of renting one is less than easy. I call the number to the specific location that I want to rent from and end up connecting with a call canter, They don't always translate ALL information to the pick up location. I believe I was over recently over charged and not by a little. I will be going into the location itself to speak to a manager tomorrow.

We have had 3 experiences with this U Haul location. We rented 2 trailers and one truck. We had a problem with one of the trailers that was remedied by the manager. All of the staff have been helpful and courteous. We will rent from this location again. Check your rental before using as some of the units are used for transporting cannibus. The staff were very accommodating when we requested another vehicle.

Past experiences with this U-haul for the most part have been good. This most recent time was not. I waited over a 1/2 hour in the return line for someone to come and sign me out. Nobody came, when I went inside I was told to leave it if gas was right. It was then I found a charge for 2 gals, I only drove 19 miles. Kudos to cust. service they credited it back to me.

The estimating tool for the U-Boxes is woefully inadequate. I even estimated high, and we STILL ended up returning the U-Boxes for a 20' truck. Due to such short notice, 20' was all we could get and had to leave things behind. The Medford store was WONDERFUL and did everything they could to help.

Staff could at least acknowledge a customers as they enter. 3 staff members and not one greeted me for at least 5 minutes until one of them was finished with a client. One other on phone second on computer. The pickup I rented was filthy inside and out. I will not return to this location again.

I am shocked that the storage facility does not have a freight elevator for the second floors. Fortunately, my load was light, but I am sure others are not as lucky. In addition, the time the storage buildings close is too early and not too practical for people who work during the day.

This was the most horrible experience. After driving 5+ hours and an email that said that the storage facility was open 5-10pm we were told that they don't allow people to load in after 5. We had literally no other place to put our stuff other than a small hotel room. We had a 5x5x5 unit and it's not like it would've taken us long to fill it. On top of that the facility was disgusting as well as the guys who were working. It was grossly irresponsible to use an excuse of we just haven't update our information on our email as justification for not allowing people but 10 minutes to load their unit. It was absurd, and we will NEVER use U-Haul storage EVER again.
