It was a very small location and the staff wasn't able to properly meet with the demand. They were only two for about 8 people waiting. Also, I've had issues with the app and struggled for almost an hour to drop the truck as I couldn't upload pictures of the gauge and no one would answer on the phone. It was very annoying as I didn't know if I could leave or not without properly leaving the truck there.Marianne R.

The truck itself was fine, got the job done, but the wait made us waste almost an entire our of our payed time. Service was slow and inefficient. Had to fill out the check in twice in the app and in person. Hi, we had a really bad experience since our location was planned for the friday 18h, but we arrived at 19h because of another emergency and then the shop was closed and no one could help us. Therefore, we weren't able to pick up our truck. We came back the next morning and our truck was scheduled for another person !!!!! We were really disappointed. Fortunately, the working girl who was helping us found a smaller truck and gave it to us... But still, we had to do 2 rounds trips instead of one because the truck was too small. I waited for one hour to just pick up a trailer. I had already do the pre registration. Organization is messy and service extremely slow. I rent trucks or trailer every year and even during the busy period the service used to be way better.nicolas L.
Nobody inspected the truck before we left and on the rental form the clerk marked the gas gauge as being at a quarter tank, when in fact it was below the quarter line. I made sure that the tank was at the same level when it was returned and was still charged 15$ for gas by uhaul. I contested this, even sent a picture of the gauge as proof that it had not been at a quarter at the time of departure from the depot and I was still denied a refund. I was given a truck with 1/4 a tank of gas and told to return it that way. I find this practice similar to those predator rental car places which expect you to fill it too much or charge you fees if it is not at that level. This makes me not want to rent from uhaul and I will shop around to see if other companies have a policy of not doing this. I found the online system nice but buggy and if was missing insurance info and some buttons didn't work.Joseph C.

The van I got was dirty inside and out, while all the other vans were clean, at least on the outside. I only noticed that after leaving. There's another ongoing case, because of the fuel tank. It showed full. But in fact it was just full enough to have the gauge show full tank. I had used it for only 19km and I had to fill in 19L of gas, $25. I'm not very happy with this experience, I've always recommended uHaul for friends and family, but I'm doubting the quality of the service now.Georges N.

The staff are fairly rude to customers. The organization of the drop off and move out is chaotic and un-managed. Granted its busy during peak times of the month there is still a level of customer service required when people are spending a lot of money with your company, even if they aren't. In a time when money is tight for most people and they are spending less, I would imagine that customer retention is high on the priority list for most if not all companies. I will not be renting trucks with U-haul any longer nor storing anything in their facilities.There are many companies that would be happy to have the business. By the way this is my fourth rental this year, one of them being for a cross provincial move. I have been left with a bad taste from my experiences at this point and will be sharing my experiences with friends, family and public. Avec les moulures à gauche de mon entrepôt, ça ne faisait pas du tout un format de 5x7 et je n'ai pas pu rentrer tout ce que je voulais à cause du 2 pouces qu'il manquait.
