Clean out the back of the truck completely before the next customer. when we picked up the 15 foot truck it had a 2-wheel dolly in there which took up a lot of room. Additionally, they were about 20 dirty moving blankets in the back as well as a dirty T-shirt. We asked the person renting it to us (gas station, which is where the U-Haul was rented from ) if he could take it because now it’s just taking up so much room in the back of the truck which I needed. He said that he couldn’t since he’s just a gas station and for us to just leave it in there. Later that night when we were about to start moving our items in to the truck, I opened it up, started to take out the moving blankets and the dirty T-shirt and found that they were infested with roaches. I had to call and now it’s about 7 o’clock at night and we’re about to move everything into the truck. Absolutely horrible experience no one should ever have to go through that. I will honestly never use U-Haul again because I have absolutely no trust in them.

The employee kept me there for an hour and a half refusing to give me the keys to my rental because he didn't know how to check me in for pick-up, meanwhile I already did the check-in online. He made me an hour late for my scheduled moving time and put me behind while I was relocating 5 hours away. The truck was also never cleaned out from the last person who rented it. There was some garbage left in the back.
