Upon arrival, we were received by a very nice employee, friendly, smiling, but that kept interrupting the paperwork to serve clients who bought fuel, so it took at least twice as long as it should have. Then, the truck was stinking a mix of sweat and cat piss. The cargo space had not been cleaned. There was a layer of gravel and many spider webs. The vehicle was mechanically sound, no issue there.Charles L.

The young lady who give me the rental was really customer service driven But when I took it back, I realized after filling up the fuel, that he was not really full when I took it in the morning. I've asked the two clerk for what to do, and sadly, it turn that it was my fault as first comment. No room for explanation. I was even requested to remain calm and polite. Honestly, I agree, there is no reason for a customer to loose is temper with an employee. But in the mean time, there is also no reason for a clerck to talk to a client like he is a pieace of shit and don't know what he is talking about A bit of open mind from the clerk would have prevent this all escalation At the end everything got resolved. But will I go there again. I'm not sure In regards of the equipment, there is a major loose in the direction, which was reportedAlain C.

I reserved a van which wouldn't start,the battery was dead. I was able to get an upgrade form the same which was appreciatedPatrice L.
Uhaul charged me 52.26$ on my credit card but the receipt is for 39.86$ I think that is dishonest therefore I would not recommend using your services to anyone. And certainly not return as a client.Andre L.
Your website was the worst part i had filled up all the forms before hand and when i got to the truc your website had me fill out even more forms but that's not really the worst of it the worst was the fact that the actual website kept crashing or telling us that the page does not exist i had to fill the forms through 2 cell phones with my brother every time the browser told us the page did not exist we had to switch phones my appointment was at 6 p.m. i got there on time but by the time i finally managed to get the code for the lock to get the key and be done with all the stuff on the website it was almost 7 p.m. the inside of the truck wasn't to bad but didn't seem to have been disinfected we even found 2 empty Pepsi cans in the gloves compartment and with the covid-19 that's not really acceptable i would really suggest having one of your employees thoroughly disinfect at least the cabin after every rent bottom line is the truck did the job the rest needed workloic M.

At the arrival for the return, I where supposed to fill up of gaz that I approximatly used. I filled up for two times the used gaz and did't got a credit of refund for the exess. It should be possible to get a refund or a credit in this situation.Philippe L.
